Are you hiding from that which God has called you to? Today Pastor David uses the life of King Saul to show us how God calls us out of hiding into the life He's created for us.

This week we are honored to have Eric Metaxas with us sharing a story of his first encounter with Jesus. We are inspired by his story of God reaching down to his "childlike" nature in God's grace towards us.

We know Saul as the fallen king, the "bad" king, and David his successor is the good king of Israel. How could it be that the Spirit of God would fall on this bad king? This week Pastor David explores that gift which Paul says we should zealously desire, prophecy. Do we put away the prophetic when those who give words are fallen?

This morning we had the pleasure of having Pastor Jim Anderson from the Sexuality Unmasked ministry give a word from the story of Gideon. Though Pastor Jim is Pastor Bethany's father he is a proxy father for anyone who needs a good dad. His ministry seeks to restore broken hearts to the love of the Spiritual Father! Be encouraged!

The best relationships are developed in close intimacy. Today Pastor David takes us through the few moments between Saul, Samuel, and God before Saul becomes King of Israel. Before God wants to set us up in the place He has set aside for us, He wants us to reside and abide with Him. Are you preparing in secret intimacy what God may have for you publicly?

God gave them the kind of king they asked for, but at what cost? This week Pastor David challenges us to seek God as our ultimate authority, our good shepherd.
