It’s been stigmatized to be a horrible thing, but I honestly feel like it has saved my life and brought me back from a dark dark place. I get it’s not great for everyone, and can be abused, but it has been a miracle to me and my life .

I took Kelci to red rocks to see a band called widespread panic. We had never heard of them, but it ended up being really fun, and we found an entire widespread almost cult following, that brought a sense of peace. 13.3 mile run, turned into a suffer fest.

I’ve seen a lot of near death experiences the last few months. Not sure what is happening, but makes me want to live my life in a way that means something . Something in the orange to start this one!
