Choose to be a light. Negativity surrounds us, but you don’t have to be part of it. If you could positively impact one person, and they impact one person, you create a change reaction of positivity that has a huge impact.

Quick shout out to all you moms, making life so much better for your children. The sacrifice is huge, and I just think you deserve to hear that we, all of us males, appreciate you very very much!!

Paul was in the cannabis industry in California before it became legal, and has a lot of really valuable information for people about different types of marijuana, what to look for when purchasing, being patient finding the right strain. Marijuana gets a bad name when it can be very positive. Everything in moderation.

I chose to change careers when I was 35. I had a 6 figure income, freedoms to golf, vacation, be with family, but it didn’t make me happy. Whether you are 21 or 60, you deserve to do something you enjoy. Don’t get stuck because of an income, or because of a title, or whatever other reason is keeping you in something you don’t like.

We talk about the healing process after something traumatic happens. Last episode ended with some very heavy emotional information. This one is much lighter, and I hope you get some good take always.

Allessandra was raised LDS, also raised in a split race family, black mother, white father. She shares with us some of her struggles growing up in a culture that doesn’t have enough open honest conversation about things that should be discussed. She also had a teen pregnancy and has a lot to say about that experience and what would have been helpful while going through that.

Life is a journey. Perspective is everything when trying to make your way through this life. Make time to do things that make you a better person and that make you happy!! Life will come to an end for all of us at some point, enjoy this life while you have it!

Lisa is very open and vulnerable about a lot of hardships she has faced in her life. At one point suicide was a real thought for her, and she found a way to be strong, and fight her way to a better place, and I’m so happy she came on my podcast to share some of her story!

Just think guys need to hear how amazing they are from other guys from time to time. Life is short, love the life you love to live. And live within the love you deserve!
