Joe rogan is getting beat up right now, having episodes taken down, being called a racist etc. i think he’s one of the most kind hearted, authentic, amazing people we’ve ever had on our planet, and I want to put out my support for him right now , regardless of the consequences !!

The Olympics are here. How many athletes are tempted to cheat. How many times have we cheated in life and where has that gotten us. I was thinking about times I have cheated and where that got me.

I do a lot of counseling to make sure I am always taking care of my mental health.  I've been noticing a lot of anxiety coming up in my recently because of all the mandates going down.  It reminds me a lot of what I experienced while in the church, so i wanted to go over some of my thoughts to maybe give some perspective.

I did a poll on Facebook and Instagram to see who thought it was necessary to get a vaccine if you had already had covid and recovered.  The majority of people said no.  Does that make them right, or wrong, or neither??? I think all of us deep down want the same thing.  To feel safe.  Information is mixed right now, making us divided.  Some people fear the vaccine will create medical complications...

I think sometimes we sit around waiting for things to happen for us.  We need to choose what we want and make it happen.  Cause dreams are out there, but we need to chase them down. 

Sometimes the darkness is the best time for growth. Don’t be afraid to step into the darkness and do the hardest work while you’re there because when you get to the lake it’s going to be an amazing view!!
