I've walked in my neighborhood for over 30 years and have never had a time where I felt something was not right. But on Sunday I had that feeling and it's not a good feeling that women have to carry around all this caution because there are so many things out there that could be a threat to us. I would rather listen to my gut and be wrong than to ignore it and something bad happened.

So now there's a trend on Tick Tock with a bunch of women saying that you don't have to forgive. That it's okay that you like to carry around all the feelings and I would say the darkness I'm not sure what they say. We all know this is not a good way to live life. Yet here we are having people say, Young people, say it's okay if you're wronged you don't need to work on forgiveness.

This isn't the first time I got blamed for something I didn't do. And it will not be the last. But I'm okay if I have to be the bad guy it's not the first time and of course it's not going to be the last time. So blame away

But now I know I no longer need this wall. I know that I can get through anything that is handed to me so I no longer have to take the weight of this wall.

This is very serious but it's even more serious when doctors decide to give you a pill without giving you other things to work on to make your life better. Or for people to think it's just easy enough to take a pill or take a shot to help them cope with life....

I definitely have more work to do. It's not easy when someone you trusted lies and cheats to you the entire time. It really makes you rethink a lot of stuff.

2024 is going to be a great year but before it can be a great year we've got a lot of things that are going to happen. People with high energy have been working overtime and it's time for other people to find their energy to help make this place a better place. Evil is all around us and it's just going to keep coming but there are more good people than there are bad and we need to make that shown.

Time lets you reflect back on why you did certain things. And I know that after my second divorce I went a little crazy and needed to fix some things that I felt were not correct. However that behavior allowed me to justify other people's current behavior which of course is not good. The answer to that was yes I have and so that is what is in this podcast. 2024 has been very stressful and full of anxiety. I believe we are finally getting to the endpoint to switch our brains back to what are normal reality is supposed to be. We all all social creatures and it is time that we get back out and start living our life.

I cannot believe that it is almost april. Which is exciting because that means that tax season is almost over. And this one has been a very stressful one! You don't need anything extra in your life during tax season but here we are. However I am kicking ass.

Sometimes it's better just to have a fake boyfriend in your head. Because the real one seem to bring on real pain sometimes. But actually going back to try to find where the trauma started is always a good thing. And then tracing it through your entire life to find out how you're going to stop the trauma from repeating itself is also very important.
