A lot of people say that they wish that they could go back and change something in their past, but I truly believe that our past made us who we are today. Whether you like who you are or not you are who you are because of your past and you are the only one writing your future. Everything else are just lessons that you're learning. You've been given a handbook you just need to pay attention.

I know we've talked about this before but Tick Tock was just reminding me how finding a new relationship is almost impossible today because of social media. Social media gives people access it's too easy to find the next branch.

The biggest part is of course the relationship part and knowing that your present and your future are not going to be what you had imagined. I kept asking myself how does your ex just move on to another person so fast. Move them into the house that you guys were living in and just act like everything is just fine. Well today on tick tock I came across a video that kind of resonated with me.

Today I heard on tick tock that once you get to sobriety the good thing about it is that you're going to live the best life you've ever had. Which means that leading up to alcoholism you were going through a lot of different things and you weren't able to deal with them on your own. I've walked in my neighborhood for over 30 years and have never had a time where I felt something was not right. But on Sunday I had that feeling and it's not a good feeling that women have to carry around all this caution because there are so many things out there that could be a threat to us. I would rather listen to my gut and be wrong than to ignore it and something bad happened.

So now there's a trend on Tick Tock with a bunch of women saying that you don't have to forgive. That it's okay that you like to carry around all the feelings and I would say the darkness I'm not sure what they say. We all know this is not a good way to live life. Yet here we are having people say, Young people, say it's okay if you're wronged you don't need to work on forgiveness.

This isn't the first time I got blamed for something I didn't do. And it will not be the last. But I'm okay if I have to be the bad guy it's not the first time and of course it's not going to be the last time. So blame away

Just because you forgive someone or something doesn't mean it's necessarily fixable.

For years I have been carrying around this wall! Something that protects your heart because we know when you give out your heart you have a very high potential of getting that heart hurt. But now I know I no longer need this wall. I know that I can get through anything that is handed to me so I no longer have to take the weight of this wall.

Today on Tick Tock videos a young woman who graduated from college with two degrees and a certificate was talking about how she was only being offered entry-level jobs.

There's a song on Tik Tok that is very popular right now. And of course Dax at the Grand Ole Opry talked about his struggle with addiction. This is very serious but it's even more serious when doctors decide to give you a pill without giving you other things to work on to make your life better. Or for people to think it's just easy enough to take a pill or take a shot to help them cope with life....

I definitely have more work to do. It's not easy when someone you trusted lies and cheats to you the entire time. It really makes you rethink a lot of stuff.

We have some more stuff to talk about. We will talk about some very serious things but we both believe our past situations might be able to help other people.
