Killing Cliches

It is impossible to right every wrong.  How many wrongs are there, any?  Our approach must be different.  Love must be a part of the approach.  As we gather and unify, and galvanize all of our energy, we become an unstoppable force- purposed for our destiny.  #BlackBartering

Is it easier to visualize don't, or do?  Let us begin to tell ourselves what to do and what to be, versus what not to do and what not to be.  Liberty, and victory is found on the path of learning how to speak to myself in the affirmative.  Thank you for listening, and for sharing with others.

We fight for so many wins and external goals.  We are always training or re-tooling, or further educating ourselves for tangible things that add minimal value to our lives- yet we fight for them.  I challenge us to fight for sanctuary, and inner peace.  

What is the recipe for the destruction of an entire people?  Destroying the relationship between a father and his family.  It is time that we have an honest conversation with our fathers.  It is necessary it address the hurt that was caused, and the perspective of each individual impacted (including the impact on dad...).  Thank you for listening.

The external is full of reasons to cause doubt.  There is a simple message in a the last song that I hear my grandfather sing, "You Can't Make Me Doubt Him".  What drives you?  What is it that can motivate/occupy/sustain you until the end?  It is time for us to shift the focus. 

Who wants to be called a peasant?  Quite the oppisite of King, god or a Priest.  This podcast seeks to define and reclaim each title for today's purposes.  It is time that we conscioulsly consider the necessity of our gifts and callings and remain considerate of our ultimate purpose.

Faith has to start somewhere... this podcast seeks to find faith a starting point: imagination.  As we examine the things that have robbed us of imagination due to so many forced images, we conclude that it is absolutely essential that we focus our attention on our own possibilities.  A childlike endeavor turns into a very mature outcome.  Grace.

I hear in the wind a gathering, a unifying, a collection of voices that is making its way down to the streets.  Thank you, Mr. Chris Paul and Coach Doc Rivers for your words, and for your leadership.  Thank you for putting yourselves on the line, your livelihood and your families in the balance for those who cannot otherwise fend or even speak up for themselves.  We are united!!!

It is time that we thrive!  The things that we learn along the way, the people that we befriend, and even the obstacles have their place; but we can still thrive.  I share this podcast with great enthusiasm for you to thrive within your inner fortitude as we carry out our daily chores.

This podcast reminisces on a thought shared with me by a an old friend of mine from Paris, France.  We can avoid all kinds of things slowing down, as well as appreciate the necessary things.  Further, when we slow down to mourn the loss of things and people we give ourselves the gift of an incredible tomorrow.  [error alert: employer=employee]

My high school football coach would say, "playing football is 90% mental and 10% physical", similarly endurance is far more about breathing than it is about anything physical.  Further, the mental aspect of endurance is also highlighted in this podcast as the result of pressing toward one's goals.  Learning how to endure applies to everyday living.

I am in pursuit of my expectation, and along the way we have to speak the necessary thoughts that would allow us to continue on.  This podcast captures a moment that I am honored to share.

Simple truths along the way...  Let us agree that I am not the answer, this podcast is not the answer.  I am seeking and asking questions just as you, the listener.  This podcast is an example of what is meant by discovering simple truths along the way.

It is a joy for me to share with you.  Each listener has a right to hear something peaceful and edifying.  In this podcast we explore a question, 'what is the fight?'  At times, the fight is to simply relax; or to get up and out of the bed...  Let's make sense of the fight in a peaceful manner.
