A 16 year old’s family has sued the city of Los Angeles. According to a lawsuit filed Friday, the officer sexually assaulted the girl when she was part of the LAPD’s cadet program in 2015. More than 900,000 signatures have paved the way for a gas tax repeal question on the November ballot. Republican Candidate for Governor John Cox says repeal has resonated with voters. A company has stepped up to the plate to build a gondola linking Union Station to Dodger Stadium. The link will cost $125 million, all of which will be covered by the company proposing to build the gondola. If approved, the gondola could be finished for the 2022 baseball season.
