Jim is stuck in limbo when his Cardiac Doctor goes on vacation and his clearance documents are incomplete. Since he can't work out at his gym, he joins another gym for a week to get a little rehab on.

Jim gets cleared by his doctor to work after receiving what some might call bad news. The bad news has a big Silver Lining for Jim. Maybe we should reevaluate saying Happy(Memorial Day, Good Friday, etc.). Masculine/feminine nouns, gender colors, and geometric favoritism needs to be ended.

Jim always thought people were predominately good, but it took a health scare to prove it. A local business owner decides to let everyone know he is a racist. Budweiser takes a stand for tolerance and inclusivity. Time will tell which stance a better business move. My prediction is history and profit will prove Budweiser the wiser.

Jim delves into the handshake. Used for hundreds of years it has seen a decline in popularity since Covid. It all comes down to rituals and comfort on whether you fist bump, shake, bow, nod, or gobble.

Bar Rescue is a show where people get screamed at for half the time by an older fat man with dyed hair, a raspy voice, in a black suit. To top it off your Bar doesn't get rescued if it's well run, employees are hardworking, your kitchen is clean and you're not in debt to your tits. Jim goes off script in this episode with his personal journey through life. An aimless meandering through existence could take you to a place of purpose.

Jim's hard truth is that some people will not be happy. That is in work and in life. Pop psychology calls them toxic personalities. We do ourselves a disservice by either catering or continuing to engage them.

Is the customer always, right?  Over or under valuing customer wants is difficult.  It's St Patrick's Day, Jim opines on the cultural stereotypes and an historical inaccuracy. Bartending School is not the only or sometimes the best way of learning the trade. Jim's family travels for the weekend. He learns a hard lesson and reevaluates his priorities for future flight bookings. Jim responds to a scam text from "L.A. Fashion Designer" who inexplicably continues to message Jakub, a supposed 14-year-old Polish Alligator Farm employee. Then the same identity different number attempts to contact him again this time Jim poses as a shady Argentinian of Italian Origin. Jim gives recipe for an Apple Martini. 

Advice on what liquor to get for a party. Jim has a dream and feels as if he has been wasting his time trying to interpret it. Finally, upon reflection Jim realizes how bitchy he can be prompting a potential title change for the podcast.

Jim gives us the recipe to an Orange Crush Martini. What is cognitive dissonance and how does it come into play in our lives? It is new information or evidence that contradicts our beliefs, values, or biases.  Life is good here in the Florida Keys but there is always room for improvement.
