Kevin Kietzman Has Issues

Chris Stigall has been a national figure in conservative talk radio for years and knows a lot of players in DC.  In this KKHI Conversation, Chris says he thinks Joe Biden works part time because he has very little to do.  We also talk about how media coverage has changed in just four months and how Chris once hosted the Mayor's Christmas Tree lighting.     The PGA championship starts this week...

The Royals have decided masks are optional at Kauffman Stadium, this is a good step.  A local columnist on the left now says it could have been done earlier and we can make our own choices.  We agree, but that would have been a lot smarter and more insightful months ago during football season.    KU lands a big time hoops transfer... if he doesn't go pro.  Now the question is, could he make mor...

Its the first real criticism of Royals manager Mike Matheny after the Royals blow a chance to take 3 of 4 from the White Sox.  It was bad enough he trotted washed up Wade Davis out to save the game, but what he said after the game should have you concerned.    The Chiefs get the on field part of 2021 started with Rookie camp and it went well for players like former Mizzou linebacker Nick Bolton...

Spencer Kietzman has issues with the new "Vax or Mask" announcement.  The NCAA shanks it off the tee by ending the college careers of some scholarship golfers who were stunned when their event was cancelled.  And the Royals have made a little rebound in Chicago.

The "Mask-uerade" is over.  The CDC says we don't have to do this with a vaccine available.  No kidding... what in the world took so long?    A private company with 36,000 is offering free college to all of them  and dependents.  And they are hiring and you don't even need a high school degree to work there.  So much for excuses in America that you can't get ahead.  The private sector is leadin...

It's good to know somebody that makes every day count.    Former Royals pitcher Jaime Bluma soared from high school baseball in Oklahoma to record setting closer during Wichita State baseball's glory days.  Two years later, just as he was settling into the Royals bullpen, a shoulder injury changed everything.    Never a man to slow down, Bluma turned to working with kids and raising money for m...

I loved when the NFL schedule came out long before it was cool.  But I'm not sure I've ever seen a Chiefs schedule like this.  The opener is Sept 12 at Arrowhead against the Browns and the playoff teams just keep coming.  The home schedule is incredible and if you want to travel, there's Vegas and Nashville.    The Royals took a turn for the worse and made it 9 in a row, this is turning into a...

The firing of Olathe North baseball coach Pete Flood was predictable after the media misreported that he called a player a racial slur.  All sides are in agreement now that the coach used the N-word about some disgusting music players were playing.  What's at issue here is exactly how he used the word.  Didn't matter, he's fired.    With gas prices soaring and some stations out of gas, is Joe B...

It was a special day for my mom at Kauffman Stadium, even though the Royals lost again.  This was sort of our own personal finish line with Covid and it felt that way.      A week after Medina Spirit wins the Kentucky Derby there is controversy.  Big controversy as it's not possible this is the first horse disqualified from winning since 1968.    The Los Angeles Times is losing money so its bil...

The Royals are in a free fall.  What's worse, this looks very, very real.  We take a look at what the Royals can do to turn it around.  Maybe.    With a pair of letters to the Star and the racist "Shawnee Indian Mission" School District, KKHI has gone full blown liberal activist.  Will they respond?  And you get to decide if I'd make a good liberal.    Why in the world do the Dems care about an...

There's no telling what's going to happen in the California runoff election for Governor but it is clear Caitlyn Jenner will be the big story as she's going for gold in the golden state.    My high school has dropped the name Indians but has picked one that we will prove is more offensive to any honest person with indigenous ancestry.  Does Shawnee Mission North not teach history?    How out of...

Sometimes things pop up from the left that surprise the heck out of you and this is one of those weeks.  The cast members of Saturday Night Live have flipped out over Elon Musk hosting this show and are threatening to not work.  Oh, this is good stuff.    Joe Biden has put an end to a 30 year Memorial Day tradition for Veterans that raises money for charity by coming to DC.  This is pathetic an...

This episode of KKHI is jam packed starting with my high school, Shawnee Mission North, dumping the mascot Indians.  To demonstrate how absurd all this is, I make the case the three new choices students want are just as offensive.    Mayor Q invokes dead babies to try to get his way on an issue he tries to simplify but apparently doesn't really understand.    Joe Biden and Dr. Biden get worked...

The Chiefs have doubled down on the offensive line adding three more players through the draft.  I'm not sure I ever remember one position group that got more attention than this in one off season.    Daniel Lynch is a  projected superstar and he makes his Major League debut Monday night at Kauffman Stadium.  We'll get you the scouting report and what this means for the first place Royals    Ky...

Spencer airs it out this weekend on a very important part of the season for the Royals and touches on the Chiefs draft choices.

The Chiefs are positioned to flex their might in round 2 of the NFL Draft.  Tons of flexibility and my hope is a trade up for a wide receiver.  We'll name some names and throw some darts at what the best drafting team in the league may do.    Did you notice almost all of the AFC is following the Chiefs strategy and going offensive skill position players?  History was made in round one by all th...

It's Draft Day in the NFL and since the Chiefs have no action on Day 1, KKHI ponders what it would take for all the wannabe's to catch up to KC.      The Royals get a split in the Steel City, a day off and a long, important stretch ahead in the division.  Nobody thought the month of May would bring excitement and drama, but with 23 games against division opponents, everyone is suddenly gunning...

The Dems have a huge mask problem on their hands as everyone is completely confused.  We share a theory why they are hanging on so hard as we saw with two ridiculous masked appearances by Joe Biden.      The city of Louisville has 244 openings for police officers so in essence, they are getting their defunding of the police.  Good luck filling those positions.    McDonalds is hiring 4000 worker...

Joe Biden is either too tired or too busy to sit in on the weekly coronavirus meeting with all 50 governors so he appointed somebody else to be in charge.  It isn't Kamala.  You won't believe this one.    Governor Kelly in Kansas has now earned the nickname "Governor Veto" as she's holding up everything good that an overwhelming number of Kansans want.  This is a reminder why mid terms matter. ...

What did we do to deserve all this winning?  The Royals have won 4 straight and now have the best record in the American League.  We go deep on the boys in blue on this episode. The Chiefs tackled an off season weakness by acquiring Orlando Brown.  We take a hard look at exactly what the Chiefs have at left tackle and what they can do with their second round picks. Director Tyler Perry accepts the...

Colonel John Cluck has spent his adult life serving his country.  He is the outstanding and proud Wing Commander of the 139th Airlift in St. Joseph and is proud to call the Missouri Air National Guard his home.  From missions in the middle east to massive Covid vaccination site logistics at Arrowhead Stadium, the 139th is everywhere.  They're recruiting young people and will see that you get a col...

A mom in Georgia has articulated all the mistakes we've made with Covid mandates better than anyone in the media ever could.  Mom knows best, you have to hear this.    AOC posts another racist video and when she pulls off her mask you can see just how disgusting mask wearing is.  I mean, she's just filthy.  You'd scream at your teenager if they were this gross.    The Royals have an opportunity...

We lighten it up on this episode as we are reminded all humans can be really stupid at times.  And boy, oh boy, were the Rays stupid against the Royals in the 9th inning of KC's comeback win.  Epic stupidity.   Sporting Kansas City Manager Peter Vermes articulates the most profound words yet on the impact of games without fans.  He's dead right. LeBron James has made a huge mistake with a Tweet th...

The reaction to three guilty verdicts in the Derek Chauvin trial has left us with several factions exploiting George Floyd's death for their own personal gains.  It's just sickening, but predictable.  The Royals aren't winning anything this year if they don't fix their Brad Keller problem.  The Royals' ace is really struggling.  And Patrick Mahomes sees a flaw in his game that needs work.  We'll t...

Donald Trump made it clear in an interview with Sean Hannity that he's running for President in '24.  We break down what this means for Republicans going forward.  Mad Maxine Waters wants confrontation when the verdict comes in the Derek Chauvin trial.  Now the judge says the whole thing will likely get overturned on appeal because of her actions.  Aldon Smith was on the comeback trail in the NFL...
