Understand how the Postal Service is granting administrative leave in response to the FFCRA. I think the Postal Service should revisit the intent of the MOU. It should be crystal clear that the initial person starts the contact tracing. The person should be allowed the right to administrative leave as well.

There is no downside that I am aware pertaining to wearing your mask at work. It should not have to be mandated it should be every employee responsibility. Practicing safe work habits in the work environment is paramount, and right now wearing a mask or face covering is on the top of the list.
