Tetelestai (it is finished) is the word which separates Christianity from religion. Tetelestai means that Jesus has fulfilled all that the Father required to be accomplished on our behalf. We now rest in the finished work of Christ through faith.

Jesus endured 6 different trials and at the end it was declared that there was no fault in Him. Why do the gospels give so much attention to the trial of Jesus. Because God wanted to demonstrate to the world that He was the Lamb of God without blemish. The only righteous One died in the place of an unrighteous human race.

Healing, like every other blessing, has been provided for us by grace through the finished work of Christ. Faith receives what grace supplies. Jesus instituted water baptism under the new covenant and the apostles and the early Church practiced it. However, today, though Jesus and the apostles never revoked baptism some are teaching that it's no longer necessary.
