Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport Patrick O'Donovan has marked the completion of rural broadband rollout in Kilkenny. Speaking at Kilkenny Castle the Minister said Kilkenny is the first county fully connected under the National Broadband Plan. He spoke to KCLR News' Martin Quilty
