During this episode we discuss something that is hard to come by these days, PEACE. What did Jesus say about peacemakers? Do your circumstances determine your peace? Does God bless mess?

This week's lesson comes from Jeremiah 20: 1-6; 37:1 - 38:28; 43: 1-7 and is entitled, "Later Experiences of Jeremiah". The life of a prophet is not an easy one and we find Jeremiah's opposition again trying to end his life -- this time by drowning. They would have succeeded if it were not for a eunuch. Hear how the Lord can use one person to save a life.

This week's Sunday School lesson is entitled, "God's Law In The Heart". Together we explore God's new covenant with us and how it differs greatly from His previous covenants with the children of Israel. Open hearts and minds are a must for this lesson.

This week's lesson is entitled, "The Story of the Rechabites". Jeremiah has a divinely-instructed interaction with the Rechabites (or Kenites), who were of the children of Israel, in order to observe their obedience to their ancestor. What could Judah learn from the Rechabites example?

This week's lesson entitled, "Jeremiah Calls The People to Obedience". The lesson Scripture is found in Jeremiah 7. As always, I encourage reading the passage in its entirety to get a more complete understanding of the text. If you have not found a Sunday School to be a part of, I encourage you to find one, especially for this week's lesson. :)

This week's lesson is entitled, "The Early Ministry of Jeremiah". Join us to hear what God thinks of young people in ministry. It may surprise you when He placed His calling in your life. Remember, that God equips those He calls.

Mr. and Mrs. DRJ share this Sunday's church school lesson entitled, "The Suffering Servant of the Lord". The lesson Scripture is found in Isaiah 52:13 through 53:12.

The Sunday School lesson is entitled, "What Hilkiah Found in the Temple". The lesson and focus Scriptures come from 2 Chronicles 34. I will be doing the readings weekly for those looking to spend more time in the study of God's word. It is my hope that you have a church family to fully engage in the Sunday church school experience.

In the July episode of Just Us With DRJ we continue our tasting tour of the Fruits of the Spirit with GENEROSITY, exploring not just what generosity looks like, but what is truly at its (and our) core. 2 Corinthians 8 and 9 are the Scripture pairing for this tasting menu.

The June episode of JustUs is an opportunity for us to consider biblical wisdom regarding the fruit of Kindness, as we continue our look at the fruits of the Spirit in Galatians 5. The focal Scripture for this week is Zechariah 7: 9-10.

Continuing our look at the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5: 22-25), this month's episode focuses on cultivating the spiritual fruit of Self-Control . It also engages us in a reflection on why exercising self-control is as important for us as it is for those around us. Episode #4 is your mission, should you choose to accept it.
