Welcome back to another season of Just Jay! We are finally back for season 4 and I can't wait for you guys to see and hear all the new ideas, new people and things that I have in store for this season. Thank you for tuning in, showing love and allowing my show to come as far as it has come.

This is the season finale of season 3! I am so proud of these past three seasons and all that I have created from them. Every season is going get better and I can't wait to take this as far as I can. I appreciate everyone tuning in and loving the show.

This is another raw and authentic form of my expression. A completely spontaneous recording session that ended up displaying emotions I didn't know were present for certain topics. I hope you guys enjoy this one. As the season slowly comes to a close, I hope you have loved them all.

This is an episode that exudes my low energy, my running low battery, and low vibration. I was going to scrap this episode and just say "I'll see ya'll next week," but something about the rawness and authenticity of my low energy seems to be something I should show also. This is one of my new favorite episodes. This is for the girls who need a little help finding their worth. I gotchu. I forever gotchu. We are queens . And we must always understand that. Relationships have ups and downs, but the strongest, healthiest relationship you should ever have is with yourself sis.

Where I'm going, a lot of people can't go. After listening to this episode I want you guys to analyze everything you are not healing from and understand your purpose and higher power in the world. I love ya'll, stay solid.
