In this episode we read fmr Attorney General Ed Meese’s filing at SCOTUS which argues that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appoint as such is illegal and that all of the cases he has brought should be dismissed. We then look at the orders that appointed Mueller, Durham, Smith, Hur, and Weiss and examine the differences. Enjoy! Support links: I’ve added ko-fi. So if you want to buy me a coffee, click...

In this episode we dig into the Trump - Epstein relationship (such that it was) and dive into documents which strongly indicate and even prove that Trump and the Trump Org have not only been FBI assets since AT LEAST 1980, they probably still are! Trump is Batman. And once this is understood, it changes EVERYTHING. It completely reframes his contacts with Epstein, with various mobsters, his campai...

In this episode I have a “case of the Mondays” hahaha! Despite that, we finish reading Smith’s argument against Trump’s motion to compel discovery, discuss Smith’s petition to SCOTUS and how it’s a good thing - regardless of what SCOTUS ends up doing or eventually deciding, and take a look at the latest delay in the Seth Rich laptop FOIA case. Enjoy! Support links: I’ve added ko-fi. So if you want...

In this episode we reading Trump's Motion to Compel Discovery in the DC Case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith. It’s a doozy. Touches on foreign interference, intelligence, flies in the face of the J6 “fedsurrection” narrative, and makes extremely compelling arguments for not just discovery, but Trump’s innocence as well. Enjoy! Support links: I’ve added ko-fi. So if you want to buy me a coffe...

In this episode we catch up on the last two of four total motions to dismiss filed by Trump’s defense team in the DC case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith. The first half of the first motion, to dismiss on statutory grounds, is very good. The second half of it gets dense, but is also good. The fourth and final motion to dismiss, on grounds of selective and vindictive prosecution, is Grade A n...

Hey substack fam, just a couple things about this episode and general housekeeping update. First, I was super tired throughout this episode and probably did not articulate my points as well as I could have if given a couple more days to rest, dig and assemble the material. Regardless, while I certainly could have done a better, more thorough and well thought out presentation here, I am happy that...
