JoJo's Bizarre Podcast

This week we welcome JoJo first-timer Jin to the studio (lol) to talk about one of the greatest arcs in SDC, "D'Arby the Gambler" (Episode 10 of the OVA, Episode 3 of the original 1993 OVA etc). We also talk about souls, fighting games (again), and there are 90% fewer attempts at Scottish accents.

This week, we talk about Chicas returns to the "studio" to finish talking about Iggy the Fool and N'Doul the GEB (Pt. II). Which is Ep. 2 of the 1993 OVA, or Ep. 9 overall. Sorry that's confusing, we didn't do it. Myles also tries ASMR and there is a brief resurgence of bad Scottish accents. Sorry about that, too. Subscribe on iTunes and we're now on Google Play Music!

With the episode "Iggy the Fool and N'Doul the GEB (Pt. I)," 1993 is here, finally. We dive into the original JoJo's animation with the first OVA (which, by the way, are direct-to-video animes). We try to explain the backstory a little to Chicas, and we get to meet Iggy for the first time. Also sorry to any Scots.

This week! We finally finish the 2000s JoJo OVAs. Also, we preview next week's guest, Chicas, as we read an awesome viewer (listener) email up top. Subscribe on iTunes! 1993 OVAs are next!

This week we talk Episode 6 of the OVA - The Mist of Vengeance. We also read listener emails, are joined by Sleepy Jackie, and take you through several episodes of our sub-podcast, Bible Talk. Email us if you want us to make a Facebook page!

This week, we talk about the episode "Judgment" - but really, it's Emperor & The Hanged Man pt. 2. We also talk about how real men don't shake hands, debate on which character is the ugliest, and try to get Myles to remember what classes he took in high school, Rate us 5* on iTunes!

From the world inside the mirror, this week we podcast about The Emperor & the Hanged Man. We also talk about the bro-levels of Stardust Crusaders, seeing Jesus in a tree, Indian food, and the weird Anglicization of JJBA character names (Avdol, Hol Horse). Spoilers for Pulp Fiction and Diamond is Unbreakable.

On this week's episode, we watch (2000) OVA Episode 3 - Silver Chariot and Strength. We talk about the French language, the movie "Death Ship," New Jersey concert venue The Stone Pony, and how all of the cross-species perversity from the manga is cut out. If you want to watch the Kira/Killer Queen machinima mentioned at the end, that's here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EDcODx-Dxc. Email us! j...

This episode we wrap up the Diamond is Unbreakable anime, with episodes 38 & 39! (Crazy D (Diamond) is Unbreakable, Part 2 & Goodbye, Morioh - The Heart of Gold). We start with Myles' predictions for the ending, and we talk about Double Dare and the future of the podcast (hint: OVAs). Thank you so much to all our listeners! We love you as much as we love Josuke's booty pop.

This week, we talk about two more confusing eps (Another One Bites the Dust, Part 2 + Crazy D (Diamond) is Unbreakable, Part 1), as well as a few other things: Dora the Explorer, the live-action JoJo movie trailer, the best ways to avoid STDs, Okuyasu's fate, US presidents, and Jackie almost kills Chicas. Marc could not find the Biggie/Tupac mural Myles mentioned. Subscribe to us on iTunes or Soun...

This week - we welcome unfortunate guest Nael to talk about the most confusing episode of the anime thus far, Another One Bites the Dust, Part 1. We also talk Dr. Strange and rattle off a bunch more based-on-music stands at the end of the episode. This episode is not brought to you by a soda company. This week - we welcome unfortu--

This week, the longest Thursday finally ends. Marc gets to see one of his favorite manga panels of all time animated, Jackie is just here to badmouth Koichi, and Myles is happy to see Kira do some murdering. Marc also gives misinformation about why so many Italian movies were dubbed and Hulu's JoJo's content (fyi - they do have all the episodes, and they can be subtitled. The Italian dubbing thing...

This week! July 15th, Thursday, Part 3. We're all sick and tired, but not of the JoJo anime - we dug this episode and Myles tells us a bunch of useless trivia, which is fine. In the intro, Marc reads listener emails and discusses the live-action trailer, which he probably should have done when everyone was together, but it's too late now. Please Rate us on iTunes and Soundcloud, BYE

This week, the three of us talk about Thursday, July 15th, Part 2. We try really hard to land the Morioh Radio intro and succeed(?). Also, uh, there's some squeezing of mattress samples, Marc once again tries to accuse Jackie of being wrong, and Jackie is almost happy about Koichi's fate. Rate us on iTunes, please (5 stars and up.)

We talk about "July 15th (Thurs), Part 1" in this episode - and a lot more, including the Bee Gees, bra sizes, and Araki's "The Many Albums that Make Me Cry." Rate us 5 stars on iTunes! Follow us on twitter (@jjbpod)

This week! We recorded in Boston during our (almost-) yearly trip to PAX East. Met up with Tim and a "secret" second guest to talk about "Cats Love Yoshikage Kira." We also talk about: Pokemon, eating cereal, the movie Face/Off, and whatever "yaoi hands" are. Rate us 5 * on iTunes please! Follow us on Twitter, @jjbpod. We love you. Seriously.

This week! We finish out the Highway Star (Highway Go Go) two-parter. We talk about culverts, how motorcycles work, who really wrote "Oh, Pretty Woman" and periods. We also shit on the weird sexist stuff in this episode, but it's OK.

First ep. with the new equipment! Mary is back! This episode, we talk about "Highway Star, Part. 1" or "Highway Go Go, Part. 1." We also talk about shipping characters, queer-baiting, power chords, and we vote on our favorite opening themes for this season. Remember to follow us on twitter (@jjbpod) and rate us 5-stars on iTunes. You can also email us, you know.

This week! Mary joins us again as we learn about Nu Mikitakazo Nshi, in "I am an Alien." We kick off the debate about whether or not Mikitaka is an alien or a stand user and the group learns a horrifying secret about Marc's eating habits.

Double-guest week! Myles is absent this episode, but we have on Chicas and Dave to talk about one of the dumbest episodes of this show yet, "Janken Boy is Coming!" Chicas poses as Myles, Marc makes an inappropriate joke about children (he's really sorry) and we force Dave to come up with a stand for himself.

Look at this photograph! This week we welcome Youn to the show to talk about Atom Heart Father - or Heart Father, if you like the English changes for some reason. We discuss the pros and cons of ghosts existing in the JoJo universe and Marc tries to name 12 animals in under a minute.

This week, we talk about the episodes Yoshikage Kira Just Wants to Live Quietly, Parts 1 and 2. Lots of revelations this episode and we do our best to describe the mayhem. (Should listen to this one before Podcast Episode 12, even though Marc uploaded this in the wrong order. Sorry!) Here's the news story we mentioned: http://abc7ny.com/pets/cat-found-shot-with-arrow-in-nj/1706986/

No guest this week, but we talk about Shigechi's Harvest pts. 1 & 2 and Yukako Yamagishi Dreams of Cinderella. Jackie keeps her feelings on love private, Myles talks Neil Young and Marc says "titty robot" too many times for it to be funny. Write us! Comment! Communicate, somehow.

This week, with our friend Jasmine (of To Be Fucking Honest), we talk about "Let's go Hunting!" and "Rohan Kishibe's Adventure." We also talk about how Jackie wants Koichi to learn a lesson by dying, Josuke's sexuality, and how bad the Morioh police force is. Please like this episode, follow us here on Soundcloud, and subscribe to/rate us 5 stars on iTunes! Thanks!

Once again we welcome our friend, Chicas, back to the podcast to discuss "Let's Go to the Manga Artist's House" parts 1 & 2. We find that Chicas is terrified by flesh peeling and eye pain, we discuss what our stands would be*, and talk about the Macaulay Culkin movie, The Pagemaster.
