All my own AI assisted tracks, are free to download. I do not monetise any of these tracks; I do however claim copyright in all but a few of the lyrics and the music in many of the lyricsI have been writing songs "on and off" since1959 until the present. As a songwriter, I write purely for the pleasure it gives me. I have always been pleased with my songs which have been mainly from genres such as folk/blues, rock and roll and general pop (in the style of the sixties). My musical skills are quite limited and the early demos on Soundcloud, prior to two years ago, are of me singing and accompany...

Rivers Of Sand (instrumental) 06.04.2025

This one not really my scene. but this was an experimental album. And I was experimenting. NOW the question is can I put some lyrics to a track like this. This is my first objective, now that I have finished the project to put all my songs thru SUNO; I think.

Dancing The Night Away (instrumental) 06.04.2025

Google tells me that Funk is a music genre that originated in African-American communities in the mid-1960s when musicians created a rhythmic, danceable new form of music from a mix of genres. Yes I did know the name but not really aware of what it was, great syncopated bass lines and infectious drum grooves. I like it!

This 'n' That (Latin) 05.04.2025

The sam song in an alternative rock genre, influenced by Latin vibes, I really do like it.

THAT NIGHT! 04.04.2025

A pop-ballad written in january 2024. (originally written for a male singer, i.e. me). However, Suno produced a female vocalist, and I though it worked just as well, maybe even better. Synopsis, the singer has been in a relationship and plans/dreams have been carefull discussed. However the relationship is ended when told that her partner-to-be is getting married on the next day. Yes, It probably...

It Really Doesn't Matter Anymore 04.04.2025

With apologies to Buddy Holly, the title seemed to fit so well and I did at least change it slightly.

If I Only Had My Life To Live Again 03.04.2025

Borrowed a prompt from one of the songs I wrote for my "Myths Of Arthur" Album. Very pleased with this version. Original song written and recorded as a ukulele demo injuly 2023.

Lure Of The Peaks (instrumental) 03.04.2025

An experiment using an original melody (a short clip) to see what Suno can produce within the Coldwave genre.

I really need to know 02.04.2025

Back to my favourite genre, I absolutely love this. Still not managing to get the AI engine to sing the lyrics exactly as I want, I would generate more iterations but the AI seems to get stuck in a rut after a very few versions. Yes I can change the backing, and with it the melodies but the way the lyrica are scanned seems to be a fait accompli after the first iteration. Original song written Augu...

This 'n' That (EDM) 02.04.2025

Another in this "fun" project exploring one song presented (covered) with a rock and roll genre, inspired by popular genres for each decade. In this case, a fusion of R&R and EDM in the 2010's, maybe?

Somethings Gotta Change 01.04.2025

Another song, written May 2023, Where I felt the lyrics may have been difficult for Suno to sing close to my original. However, after typing in loads of punctuation and dividing the lyrics into short phrases, I seem to have made it easier. My first choice was a Latin Genre, and yes I did like it but something was missing. Tried again with an ambient-quiet storm genre (which I had used to create an...

Book Of Rules 31.03.2025

I was a little apprehensive with processing this lyric thru Suno. In my lyric notes, I have this song as written June 2022- May 2023 , yep it took me over 11 months to complete the lyric. I remember, on the lifting of the pandemic lockdowns, walking in the local park with my wife; I do not know where that first line came from but I thought it would make a great song. But I had difficulty getting f...

That's How I Feel (revisited) 31.03.2025

I originally wrote this as a blues number, One ot the early ones which I had use to experiment with Suno but never uploaded it. I revisited it and tried a number of other genres, choosing to post this Rock version with a tad of Latin influence. Original version, posted as a ukulele demo, written March 2023.

I Wish You Well 30.03.2025

Not a lot to say here, ending of a broken relation ship. Trying to incorporate some new, more modern, genres, Here Latin but with soft rock base. The song written in October, 2002. Hope you like the song, thanks for the visit.

Space Walk (instrumental) 30.03.2025

Another track in the series, experimenting with genres I am unsure of; by prompting for instrumental pieces. I was searching for a photo (I use pixabay a lot) and came across this image which immediately suggested to me the title "Space Walk" - before I saw the very small figure at the bottom. Space Walk then took on a brand new meaning.

Help Yourself, Helping Me 30.03.2025

Not a lot to say again, I thought this would be a difficult one because the lyrics did not have a standard structure; mixing longer and shorter lines. So I tried a jazz genre to start with and yes loved one of the two versions, I hade to extend to complete the song properly, but that is not really an issue. Of course, I tried another genre, and again picking a genre I rarely have problems with - c...

That's another fiine mess.... (instrumental) 30.03.2025

I just had to include this one.... Hearing a banjo makes me think of river valleys or B&W chases from the silent film era. The image represents Chaplin, but the title is associated with Laurel & Hardy. Here just for a laugh really. While I was scanning genres, this one just popped up. Enjoy....

This 'n' That (1990's) 28.03.2025

Moving into the 1990's, and adding a touch of New Wave to the style. Again, I am not sure exactly what New Wave is - or sounds like; It is what Suno AI presented to me when so prompted. Merely an experiment in the use of Suno. But I hope it may strike a chord with you, if this was your era?

Exotique (instrumental) 28.03.2025

No, I had not heard of this Spanish genre (cuarteto) before choosing it to create this track; you learn something every day! A week or so ago, I decided to slow down producing songs, infavour of experimenting with more genres on Suno's list. And here I am admitting that I did not even know what some of them sounded like. OK, todate I have been experimenting with my old songs, most written decades...

Hey, Stranger 27.03.2025

I do not often write songs of a personal nature, but this was written a couple of years ago (2022) when I was diagnosed with a cancer. The surgeon was asking me to choose which treatment I would prefer. of course lots of reason for one treatment or another, Anyway, I wrote the song to keep me focused, and glad to say it all worked out and all OK now. Hope you like the song,

STOP! 26.03.2025

Letting my self go a little on this track. Originally a R&R song (oct '21). I tried a Grunge genre for the first trials on Suno, But the more I reiterated to get the timings right for the vocals (lots of tacit plus hard stops) the slower and more mellow, the versions turned out to be, Finally prompted for Metal. May come back to clean it up in the future, but it's getting there. Unfortunately I do...

Mountain Stream (Instrumental) 26.03.2025

A week or so ago, I decided to slow down producing songs, infavour of experimenting with more genres on Suno's list. And here I am admitting that I did not even know what some of them sounded like. OK, todate I have been experimenting with my old songs, most written decades ago. This meant fitting genres to the songs. Here I try to sing Suno some of my melodies, and to understand what the genre wi...

All I Really Need Is You 25.03.2025

In some ways an unremarkable song, but one that I love. I especially love the spanish guitar on this track. I have just read a comment from a fellow songwriter on a Facebook group, "Only share you best songs". My only reply would be that I am constantly suprised by what other people think are my best songs - this would be one of them if it was up to me - but what do you think? Maybe you could let...

Never No More 24.03.2025

Broke my own rules and spliced an intro onto this song. For some reason, Sino had got it into its head that it did not need one. Pesevered until I had a decent track and a vcalised intro I could use and spliced them together in audacity. I also had some issues early on with the "pre-chorus", getting the AI to sing some of the "never's" and leave the required gaps to match my original rythmic ideas...

This 'n' That (1980's) 24.03.2025

Moving forward to the 1980's, this is how the song "might" have been recorded by a heavy metal oufit. This of course is Suno's view of the genre rather than mine....

Hard Times Happen 23.03.2025

This song originally written in 2021, beginning to see how lean were the pickings in these years. To be fair my free time was being taken up by running a local amateur art group. Music was very much taking a back seat. I remember lots of ideas but few ever became a finished song. Here we have a song about the ending of a relationship, although is was the lines,"hard times happen, but good times tu...
