Weather in 5 for Eastern Pennsylvania to Southern New England today is the best day of the weekend but there is the risk for severe weather in upstate NY & New England. Hurricane Delta is weakening to a remnant low but heavy rains are moving across the Tennessee Valley with severe weather in parts of the South. Those rains will head up the East Coast for Sunday and Monday.
