Jesus said that all authority has been given to Him and that He is the head of the church. Why can believers stand against the enemy? Jesus has the victory against the enemy. Jesus has all authority against the unseen spirit world, but am I submitted to Jesus?

It's not what we go though that is important more than the perception of what I am going through. In the prodigal son all three of them have difference responses to that event of the son returning home. All these responses happen in my mind.

How does God convict us of our sins? What is the purpose of conviction? It is our sins, disobedience, or rebellion that hurts the relationship between our intimacy with God.
