Disciples are in a moment of uncertainty, scrambling to comprehend the discovery of an empty grave, the reports of a resurrected Jesus and it only gets revealed as He reveals Himself to them, which Chop and Mark discuss, is much like our experience with God today.

In the final chapter in the Gospel according to Mark, the woman disciples have discovered an empty tomb and an Angel where the body of Jesus once laid. The guys discuss the miraculous event that defines Christianity .

After being taken into custody, Jesus is tried in a mockery of Jewish judicial practices. Once found guilty, Jesus is beaten, tortured and sentenced to death on a cross. Meanwhile the Sanhedrin, Herrod and Pilate all want to relinquish the responsibility of carrying out the judgement. 

As the conclusion to the Gospel According to Mark draws near, Jesus is pleading with his friends to watch and pray as He tells them the imminent fate that is awaiting. Jesus is arrested and Peter is caught in self-persevering denial mode

The Pharisees are ready to arrest Jesus, and one of His closest followers will join the opposition. Peter is proudly proclaiming his permanent position to protect Jesus at all costs, but Jesus predicts Peter's plummet , perfectly.

The Gospel according to Mark takes the reader on a journey into prophecy as Jesus is asked about and gives answers about the "Signs of the Times" and the "End of the Age"

In Part 2 of the "Lost in Translation" discussion revolves around money and tithing. What should we give ? How much should we give ? Is it more about the source of your giving than the amount ? Does the term "God's money" transcend modern currency ?

James (*cough), Chop and Mark pause from the journey into the Gospel of Mark to discuss two obstacles that people use to distance themselves from God and the Bible. One of these is the common misconception of the authenticity of the Bible. The guys share experiences and stories from their investigations and the conclusions they've drawn.

As Mark's telling of the Gospel rolls into chapter 12, Pharisees, Herodians, Sadducees and Scribes come to challenge Jesus' authority and claim or to incriminate Him. The tension and conflict is met with divine wisdom and infallible truth. Amidst all this debate, it is still the "heart' of the matter that Jesus is most focused. 

Jesus is flipping tables, cursing trees and riding a donkey in Chapter 11 of the Gospel according to Mark. The guys discuss the "entrance of the King", how understanding the fig tree helps you understand God, and much more

D-I-V-O-R-C-E, Chop and Mark tell you what it means to Jesus, as he is questioned by the Pharisees on the matter in the Gospel of Mark Chapter 10 as it contains verses that are some of the most debated in all of the Bible.  Plus a wealthy man is asked to sell all his possessions, a blind man is healed and the Zebedee clan has a plan.

When Jesus reveals the fate of the suffering Christ , his disciples dismiss it for debating position over purpose. Then Jesus delivers some of the most challenging scriptures in the Bible ... Chop and Mark discuss dive into the deep end and try to stay afloat

James(Chop) and Mark run through some "errors & omissions" , play a little "good cop / bad cop" and more importantly discuss a  father's "unbelief" and how Jesus comes through even when our faith is failing us.

Jesus heals a blind man at Bethsada, Peter confesses Jesus' true identity, and the foretelling of the prophetic suffering Messiah on the cross is revealed

Is it De ja vu ? Jesus feeds a massive crowd of folks AGAIN,while the Pharisees demand a sign . Jesus also warns his followers about the leaven of the authority

John the Baptist can't keep Herod out of his mouth, which finds him in prison and in danger. Meanwhile Jesus gives everyone a lesson somewhere between "all things are possible through Him" and "he is more than enough" 

The Jewish customs of 2000+ years ago forbade a gentile, let alone a gentile woman to speak to a Hebrew man, let alonespeak to a rabbi, but Jesus is tearing down the  old traditions and creating a new covenant

Chapter 7 in the Book of Mark sees Jesus challenge human traditions that don't truly reflect God, as Jesus and the Pharisees have a little chat about eating with "dirty" hands, but Jesus seems to more concerned about "dirty" hearts. 

  Jesus reveals how the closer you are to miracles , perhaps is when they are the hardest to recognize. Impossible to be a profit in your hometown ? Even harder to be the Messiah.

As Chapter 5 of the Gospel according to Mark continues, a daughter of a synagogue leader and a woman who is only identified through her dysfunction become the focus of miracles, as Jesus continues to reward the faithful

Is this JJ&M or "Scary Stories from the Bible" ? Jesus and the disciples find themselves in a graveyard with a man who has many demons holding him in possession. Frightening verses that become less harrowing when you start asking yourself ... Wait? What are these pigs doing here?

Chapter 4 of the Book of Mark concludes with Jesus tossing out more parables. James & Mark discuss whether or night your light is shining bright for everyone to see, what a miniscule amount of faith can yield and if you see someone that controls the weather, what would you think?

As the Book of Mark heads into Chapter 4, Jesus teaches a lesson through a story about seed sowing, but in order to reveal its deeper meaning the disciples need a lesson on the power of the parable.
