Holiday eve made Rumbler very busy and a great night to play records to dancers and groovers.

A really nice night down at Revolver playing lots of new bits from local and abroad. Great dinner crowd in almost a full house. Finishing of with some local friends new unreleased gems and a new ep. about to drop from the Proto Exotica crew.

Super long warm up disco set with some nice boogie jams and disco oddities

Cheesy fun party tracks at the Retreat with my mate Dave from the Marina Boys. Turned out to be an awesome crowd dancing right up to the end of the night.

Happy to present my next guest @drox My first guest from Eora/Sydney. Our connection was forged through the love of similar tastes through Soundcloud. Drox is a DJ, live act and producer whose DJing style can be described as heavily influenced by electro, industrial and bass music. His sound embodies a spontaneous charm that nods to early 90s Detroit machine music, rich IDM sounds, and dystopian s...

Introducing my next guest Dave Mack @thereturn. A wildly versatile selector with an amazing ear for simply great music. Our paths crossed at the Revolver dinner set slot and quickly became good friends and regularly we would do b2b's at Galah, Mango Bar and Rumbler to name a few. Both of us feel comfortable intertwining our collections into our collaborations. He is also a member of the incredible...

Nice little night down at Rumbler for a Thursday night throwdown in the best sound bar. Playing on the late shift for the WAFT crew after an amazing warm up from George Amos.

Very happy to release the next mix in the series from a friend I made at a WAFT event run by Ben aka @vinyldepreciationsociety at my favourite music bar Rumbler. @georgeamos played before me at Rumbler and I pressed the record button. What resulted was one of the most deep excursions i've heard. A very delicate approach starting with a slow housey breaky jams and then some lovely guitar and vocal...

Nice little set at Rumbler on a chilly wet night down at Rumbler, perfect setting for some nice house music to finish the night representing the WAFT crew.

dj pana plays records from his collection. it's a simple process. dig. rinse. repeat. that's it. Very happy to present dj pana's really deep set. I have had the pleasure of hearing him play at the amazing Rumbler Bar, where you will often hear his sounds on a chilled Thursday night. Check out his weekly drops filled with proper tunes @h-a-p-p-i-n-e-s-s

Myself and @Code618 b2b all night at Rumbler Bar on a nice night down on Chapel Street. Thanks for coming over from Adelaide and sharing the turntables with me once again. Thanks for the venues amazing sound system where you can really feel the records!

My next guest is Campbell. V. @campbellv I met him at an awesome Spincycle party at the Gaso and he was playing really deep music in the front bar while Sammy D was playing in the main room, such an awesome night! He kindly made this 100% vinyl mix recorded at his home on an extremely warm January night. The Mix is made up of some of the deeper records in his collection both new and old with the i...

The next installment i'm excited to present is from my friend @lucifia_angebarnett. Lucifía (Ange Barnett) is a long time lover of electronic music. Her stage name is in reference to Lucifer the fallen angel, a play on her actual name and indicative of her dark sound. Delving into the Melbourne scene in the late 90s, her passion for DJing was first unleashed in bars and small warehouse parties. So...

Another disco mix having fun.

This is the last Saturday night before Mango Bar in Moonee Ponds closed for good after 23 years in Hall St. Dan and myself played b2b all night for one last dance party.

The next mix in my series comes from my first international guest, Mihail P. An awesome DJ and selector with releases on labels such as Distant Worlds, Ferox, Seventh Sign, Verdant Recordings, Magnonic Signals, WWM, Nebulae Records, Prisoner Of Sound Records and Propersound Records. The internet brought us together and I have been playing some of his tracks so I'm very excited to present this mix....

I wanted to make a mix exploring the disco set from start to finish. I have always liked the journey you can go on in bar gigs that are sometimes 3-4+ hours long. It's not always about being strictly disco, I blended in sounds outside of the traditional disco sound. Suede, Matthieu Beck Telling the truth, Mayumi Itsuwa Deja Vu, Dionne Warwick All in the name of love, Atlantic Star Nidome no eve, S...

This next installment is from my dear friend SDF-1. We have shared a long and storied history together involved in many underground and aboveground outdoor events. I have asked him to look at the deeper cuts from his collection and has sprung forth this mix. He says of his mix: "I conferred with various chlorophyllic entities both present and past. Those plucked and dried, and those still pliable....
