Also discussed: Michigan's new anti-sodomy laws, the sentencing of Kathryn Knott for an anti-gay hate crime in Philadelphia, and the protests against the formation of a GSA in Franklin Co., TN.

Jonny and Danette discuss #OscarSoWhite and the general problem of representing diversity in Hollywood; pro- and anti-LGBTQ legislation currently pending in AZ, TN, IN, MO, and IL; and the Education Department's plan to list on-line all schools that have received federal exemptions from Title IX of the Education Act, thereby allowing them to discriminate against LGBT student and employees.
