Success is often portrayed as a picture perfect life, where everyone agrees and life is joyful. The reality is success is about sacrifice, being willing to believe in a idea even when no one believes it or support it. It's about staying committed when it's hard to stay committed. It's about working on yourself despite the absence of opperrtunity.

Why is there so much anger in the world, why is it so easy to move to violence when disagreements happen. Why do people choose to be in different instead of together.

Power was not created to destroy, those who hold power have become promotors of self and abuses of power. For those who seek power let this be a warning, power is given by those who chooser to be led, it comes with great responsibility and a highten consciousness.

On many occasions I have observed in warranted poor behaviour from kids and adults, especially when they are in public spaces, thee lack of courtesy and kindness this we must all change before it becomes abusive behaviour that will escelate into violent behaviour.

Overcoming the anxiety of relevance is why many leaders hold on to power and why many who are qualified and competent never believe they are ready. This phenomenon is called (The power of the story), we tell ourselves a story and then we act on it to make it believable. A self fulfilling prophecy.
