Our “Biblical Articles” broadcast looks at a most interesting study and application for us from Old Testament to the New Testament with the use of “types and anti-types.”

As Christians are lights in the world (Mt. 5:13-16; Phil. 2:15), how should we address matters with our government authorities? What impact can the Christian have?

The world’s biggest liar is not walking physically but is among us known as the “god of this world” (2 Cor. 4:4). Let’s be aware and avoid this liar through the truth that is in Christ.

1 Cor. 3 continues our textual “Book, Chapter and Verse” approach as we look at unacceptable behavior among Christians. While such is not pretty, may we learn and be reminded of the more beautiful way.

The longest Psalm/Chapter in the Bible is Psalm 119—How rich it is in exalting God’s Word by noting three specific characteristics that ring out through all His Word.

The first step toward changing anything is the important step. That step is important—it shifts the direction and decision of a matter. Matthew 6:33 tells us of the most important first step.

How blessed we are to read that “…Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord” (Gen. 6:8). Such a life spared destruction of all within the world. Much in Noah’s life presents a good example for us to follow.

May we all have an aim, a reason to arise each day—a mission in our lives. Might we suggest Christ’s Mission help our mission, our aim, and our reason to rise each day.

The 117th Psalm is the shortest of all the Psalms, yet its meaning is long, deep, and rich. There is much meat to partake of within the Psalm to God’s glory and for us who apply it.

Our textual “Book, Chapter and Verse” as we go “verse by verse” concluding 1 Cor. 2 and with choices of what one will do with the message and the teaching of Christ.

We turn back the clock for a wonderful lesson from the late Fred E. Dennis as we look at Acts 2 and that great day of Pentecost. It is a worthy look and study of this great text.

Preeminent as in first—the Best for all. A brief look within what is called (next to the gospel accounts) “the most Christ-centered book in the New Testament—Colossians” allows us to see Christ’s preeminence—His glory and power.

There is something about the word “treasure,” but, it is a simple word that means, “a place for safe keeping.” There is no better place for safe keeping than heaven.

We all are concerned with “this” generation and rightfully so. God is always concerned of every generation. Let us return to the Psalms for some worthy commands and Biblical teaching for every generation.

Hundreds of churches are found online with a simple search, but are they all correct? One can find the right church, however, when scripture is carefully sought. Let’s allow the Bible, our authority to answer.

“Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will declare what He has done for my soul,” a wonderful thought from the Psalmist

How wonderful is the Almighty and worthy of our praise…and the Psalmist gives us just a few reasons to praise His greatness and to be thankful.

I know of no one who loves being lied to on a matter. Jesus was once again right when He taught “let our yes be yes and our no be no.” Let’s be reminded of the soul affected seriousness of lying.

We look at the 90th Psalm, the only Psalm attributed to Moses as we “number our days” and make the best of the day ahead.

If one looks online, one will find hundreds of churches. Are they all right? Is one church as good as another? How does one find the right church? Let’s allow the Bible, our authority to answer.

Let me see the blessings from God, embrace them and remain with them. This study enhances the blessing of a saved state in Christ that all should desire.
