Celebrating Black history month is a beautiful thing. I wanted to share poetry from my mother-in-law Dee Freeman please enjoy. You are extravagant. You are wonderful and beautiful I’ll talk to you later.

Growing up I loved wrestling. I wanted to share one of the first African-American wrestlers who paved the way for so many greats. Rocky Johnson was an amazing athlete. You may know his son Dwayne The Rock Johnson.

This black history month 2020 I pray we can commit to free our minds. Committing to a mass healing for our people,committing to conversations. Committing to a collective healing in our community so that we can all reach our truest highest selves.

It is important on our journeys to practice self-love and self care. I hope that this day we can find in our hearts a second to say I love you to someone. Here is a story of black love at an extreme level enjoy!

We lost him at 14. I won’t forget! American History. African American History. Tell the stories! We were here. We mattered! We are still matter!

I know this was a gifted man! Like so many others that came before me. I have a lot of work to do to achieve greatness! Enjoy Paul Robeson!

On our journey things may get tough. Keep the faith, push through to the other side. For on the other side of pain is greatness!

Let’s take sometime and encourage our young souls to reach for their goals! They are the future!

On this journey we experience so much! Make each moment count! My ancestors gave so I might live. Let’s do our part to be better humans!

African Americans have contributed so much to this great country and the world. Where would we be without us.

I am so very proud of being African-American. My ancestors went through unspeakable tragedies so that I could bring you a good word. Beyond Emancipation!

As we begin to celebrate Black history month I want to leave reflections on a daily basis about the power of the African-Americans, and all the contributions that many have made to this great society. I bet all of your peace grace and love!

What an amazing gift he was! Blessings to all! The journey is short. Let’s make a difference while we are here.

We are all very busy in this life. Let’s try to remember that a little Empathy can go a long way. Here is a quick word on the go in the car to uplift your spirit!

So much going on in the world! I pray healing for us all!
