Infinite Jest Book Club
This is an experiment. We are attempting to turn our book club Zoom calls into a podcast series. We will be reading, discussing, and dissecting Infinite Jest, written by David Foster Wallace. This group is comprised of mostly repeat readers of the novel, so spoilers may abound. Addendum- We are rolling now. Try as we may, inevitably we will skip over parts that you may have found noteworthy, or we may screw up entirely! Feel free to let me know what you think, but be kind please, this is a hobby

We kinda went off the board with this one, starting with a quick recap of our reading from episode 5, specifically w/r/t the 1960 garage scene. After that, Liz and I went back to the beginning to discuss the start of the novel, as our previous attempt did not record. Enjoy! Are they addicted to the process, the secrecy, or the drug? 17.10.2022 2:07:30
Thank you one, both, or all for tuning in. This audio is pulled from a Zoom call, and I hope that the quality is acceptable at best. As we learn more about the podcasting process, invariably, the audio quality as well as the content should improve. Despite any flaws, we feel that this content fills a void in the Infinite Jest scholarly world. More episodes to follow
