Mickey Carmody of Oaks East Skateboards, Mark "One Time" Hordeman, and George Bontz are 3 original skateboarding legends from Maryland Skate History. These guys have done too much to type in this intro, so your just gonna have to listen. Best way to describe this episode is MD Skateboard Royalty. 

So I recently went on a trip skating and podcasting in Ocean City, MD with some of Maryland's most legendary names. This is just a trailer episode explaining what to expect and giving some shout outs to those involved and that helped make it happen.

Tim Morris is a Freestyle Skateboarder from Columbia, MD. After winning the NSA National Championships in 1988 he turned pro for Walker Skateboards and traveled the US competing and doing demos for some of the biggest companies like Converse and Shark watches to name a few. He still is active skating as well as breeding reptiles. He currently has pro boards out on Decomposed Skateboards

Gordon Eckler is a skateboarder, father, and principal creative/founder of Plaid Again Creative Co. He grew up skating in Waldorf, MD then moved to Baltimore where he attended MICA before moving to Northern CA where he currently resides. He has traveled and ridden for some of skateboardings biggest companies.

Chris Bush is a skateboarder from Baltimore and good friend. We talk about growing up skating Lansdowne, moving downtown, the early street scene, and his friendship with Pat Bordner aka Peewee R.I.P. Also a bunch of other great stuff. With a guest appearance at the end by Jason Chapman talking about Peewee's memorial April 2nd.

Cliff Coleman is known as The Godfather of downhill sliding on a skateboard. He started skating in 1960 and was doing demos by 1963. He is credited for inventing The Coleman Slide. Cliff has also toured the world multiple time as a professional Yo-Yoer. He also has invented multiple tricks, and is recognized as one of the greatest in this discipline as well.
