Mexican slang! Or Spanish words we say en español that can have a completely different meaning depending on how you use them. We talk about some of our favorite Mexi-Vocabulario words Juan has written about over the years.

We also touch on our first impressions of the new social media audio app Clubhouse. But first we go into what happened at the Capitol on January 6.

For the commenter who sent us a message about how great we are about communicating with each other, this one is for you. We thought it would make sense to share how much of a work in progress communication has been and is in our marriage and relationship. 

Can you believe it? This is the last week of 2020! And yeah, while we don't know what will come next in 2021, on this episode we spend some time discussing how it feels to be at the end of what has been such an unpredictable year. We also talk a little bit about what it means to be a "hater."

We break down our thoughts on the new Netflix series about the life and times of Selena, as well as the Black Eyed Peas latest collab with Shakira, which also happens to mention Selena. This leads us into a more in depth conversation about Mexican American identity vs. Latinx and Latino.

This Thanksgiving feels a lot different from other years, and it also reminds us that 2021 is literally right around the corner now. We talk a little bit about our expectations for the New Year, as well as what we are most thankful for in 2020.
