We often look at humans and think of all the ways we could improve our makeup. But humans are special because we were created by God; He loves us exactly the way we are. Pastor JD reminds us today that – even though people think they can improve us with technology – we’re perfect because we’re exactly how God made us.

Technology is a wonderful thing; it offers so many opportunities and innovations. But today, Pastor JD reminds us just how dangerous it can be in the wrong hands. Being so close to the end times, we – as believers – can’t be caught unaware; we need to be anticipating what the Bible has told us to expect in our day.

Satan is often referred to as the father of lies. His whole objective is to get our eyes off Jesus with deception, lies, and distractions. We must stay alert and diligent!

As we join him in remembering this day, also remember the need that we all have for being rescued – not by people, but by Jesus. As we see the brokenness of this world we are reminded that Jesus came and overcame this world!

Do you ever take credit for something that God has done? No? Look at everything around you, your job, family, home, where you live... is that because of you? Or because of God? When we believe that we are well established, and in control of our destinies, a fall will come to help us see the truth clearly.

It can be easy to shake your head at the repetitive disobedience of the nation of Israel throughout the Bible. You might think “How can they be so blind?!” Well, Pastor JD will help us see today, that we are in no better position. How often do you lose sight of God, instead focusing on things the world has to offer?

God is working everything for your good and you need to trust His timing.
