Throughout life, we will go through situations that are difficult. This is actually a promise by Jesus. He said in this life we will have troubles. However, the process of enduring trials and circumstances of all kinds makes us more like Jesus. In today’s message, Pastor JD will be sharing about enduring trials.

Have you ever noticed when God is trying to get your attention? He is so kind to give us warnings when we are starting to go down a path that isn’t good for us. The tendency toward legalism by Christians today, as it was in the early church, is strong. People will try to convince you that you need to do things to be saved. Yet, as Pastor JD teaches today, when you’re a mature believer and know God’s word well, you can’t be led astray to legalism. You won’t be pulled away from God’s grace!

Don’t you love it when the answer is in the question? Pastor JD shares a parable today that follows this pattern. So much of the Bible is thought to be complicated, but when you look for it, you will always find the answer in the message. God speaks clearly and directly because He loves you and wants you to know Him fully!

Do you find it difficult to find joy because of the state of the world? Yes – there are people who are against those who believe and follow Jesus. But – truth be told, Satan’s the real enemy. The people you meet are an opportunity to share the Gospel – the truth!

The enemy of faith is out to steal, kill, and destroy – but he’s not always obvious about it. In fact, it’s often he flies right under the radar. Pastor JD will be reminding you today to be on guard, stay alert – do not let deception and confusion sneak into your life. Test what you hear against the Word, and against the truth!
