Sometimes, you might find yourself keeping up with the ways of the world and putting your trust in them instead of focusing on God’s Word. But is that really a smart choice? In today’s message, Pastor JD is going to share how Bible prophecies can help you steer clear of all the deceptions out there in the world.

There might be a few things out there that are just a bit beyond what you can handle. Your thinking and actions have some limitations. But did you know that God has a way of orchestrating miracles? Today, Pastor JD will share how God can take an impossible situation in your life and turn it around for His glory!

Jesus teaches that it’s easy to love those who love you back. It’s how the world operates. You’ve heard the phrase, “You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours.” Today, Pastor JD teaches that the way we should represent Jesus is to love those who despise us because God loved you when you once rebelled against Him.

The best example to understand God’s love is to look at your own children. Think of how much you love them, and how far you’d go for them. Think about how much it hurts to see them hurt. Today, Pastor JD teaches that God feels the same way about you, but to a degree that you cannot even fathom.

There’s a false narrative preached by media today that paints Christians as hateful hypocrites, and God as an angry kid with a lightning bolt. While the former may sadly be true at times, today, Pastor JD teaches that the latter is a lie. God isn’t mad at you. God loves you. God wants wants to see you live.

As many anticipate the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem, Pastor JD urges you to take care of the temple that is still standing today… your own body. He teaches that when you honor your body, you bring glory to God. Don’t allow your temple to be destroyed from the inside by being filled with sin.

Many in the Jewish community are waiting for their Messiah. They do not acknowledge Jesus as the Messiah and instead will look to the antichrist to fulfill that role during the tribulation. Today, Pastor JD teaches that they have sadly missed the point. Jesus Christ is the true Messiah who has come to rescue you.

The coming of our Lord and Messiah Jesus Christ is closer than you can possibly imagine. The Bible points to the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem as evidence of the tribulation. Today, Pastor JD teaches that the rebuilding is right around the corner. When the time comes, and Israel is celebrating, get ready.

What is love? We say we love our spouse… we say we love cookies and ice cream… we say we love our parents. These are all good definitions of love, but in today’s message, Pastor JD teaches what love really is. Love is serving. Love is dying on the cross to pay for the sins of the world. Love died to set you free.

What would you do for your best friend? Would you pay their bail? Would you take a bullet for them? Would you send the child you prayed for to take their place on death row? Today, Pastor JD teaches that it would be crazy to go that far, yet God did it anyways. He sent Jesus to take your place on the cross.

One of the most fascinating things about the animal kingdom is watching how predators catch their prey. They use tactics such as lying in wait until a meal crosses their path. Today, Pastor JD teaches that Satan is the same way. He will attack you with clever tricks, so stay diligent, and don’t let your guard down.

How many things do we have today that were unimaginable a century ago? How many things do we accept today that were unthinkable just a few years ago? Today, Pastor JD urges us to remember. This world will always try to lure you away. You must hold faithfully to Christ and not be swayed by the times.

People all around you today are pretty worried – about the present and about the future. But, as Pastor JD reminds us today – as Christians, the future is always “looking up”. Because our future is in the eternal power of Christ. So, keep this focus, and let the people around you wonder what you’re up to.

It’s easy to become so comfortable with this world that we think we live here – permanently. But today, Pastor JD reminds us that this world is only temporary. So, be sure that your eyesight has an eternal perspective. And while you are here – temporarily – do everything you can to help others see what you see.

Why are there so many false teachers and teachings out there? They try to be a counterfeit Christ or counterfeit Christianity… but in the end, they are just that—a counterfeit. Today, Pastor JD teaches that not every doctrine should be believed, because many of them are false, trying to impersonate the true Christ.

The flesh is a powerful thing, isn’t it? Pastor JD’s metaphor of the flesh being a lion is so accurate because it’s hungry and wants to be fed. But today, take his advice. Starve the lion, and feed the lamb. Feed your spirit with what is good, and holy, and let the Lamb of God defeat that hungry, roaring lion inside you.

As Pastor JD continues his teaching series through the book of 1 John, he’ll be exhorting you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus during times of adversity and trials. If the enemy can throw off your walk with the Lord by a particular temptation or hardship, he’ll keep coming at you with that same temptation.

Others see the Holy Spirit as an impersonal power that God makes available to followers of Christ. The Bible declares that the Holy Spirit is God. He’s a divine person, with a mind, emotions, and a will.

Conflict in Israel has been a reality whenever Israel has existed as a nation. Whether it was the Egyptians, Amalekites, Assyrians, or Romans, the nation of Israel has always been persecuted by its neighbors. It’s because God has a special plan for the nation of Israel, and Satan wants to defeat that plan.

Today, Pastor JD will explain how after the church is raptured out of the way, a satanically empowered man will gain worldwide control with promises of peace. He will be aided by another man, called the false prophet, who heads up a religious system that requires worship of the Antichrist.
