Two reasons behind it. No.1, selfishness is the center. Most people today are too selfish, they even don't care about other people who are around them, they do whatever they want casually. So, here is the problem. No.2, we couldn't find some regulations or laws behind this trend. You know, the mass media or local government should be encouraged to make the change. Here are my points. That is it.  

Not really, nope. You know, I dislike rainy days especially when I am at work or I am trying to stay focused on my study. I would be in a bad mood if it was raining outside. Yes, Yes, I can say that I can remember all the phone numbers that I want.
