©2023 alpha juno llc + jd torian ---------- Sampled ACB drums from a TR-6s drum machine and melodics and basses sampled from the system-1. Chain: sys-1 > MPC > sp-404 > mixer. Maybe over-dank'ed the master coming out of the MPC with Flavor Pro (really, really bad name-but great fx bus). A little electro, some old school, sounds like a cassette. Que mas?

The Odyssey sounds great in this thing too. Anyway, thanks to jamuary for the forced deep dive. Having a lot of fun, and using the (questionably named) #mpcbible . Worth every bit of the $40.00. Really fills in the gaps.

A pressed-for-time / why-did-I-pick-right-now-to-copy-sd-cards jam with the MPC w/ OP-1F on top. This seems to be my combo of jamuary '23. I am fast on the op-1F, and I am getting better on the MPC. Anyhoo, all thanks to the group etc. A little bit of accountability really goes a long way.

What felt a lot like artistic resistance was really just work on another alternate workflow. Would have taken me way less time in Ableton or with the SP-404. Hardest part is getting my kind of sounds, and this ended up a little dank, even for me.
