He's also a master of martial arts and master of disguise, or something like that. In this TV movie he is trying to find out who is wiping people's memories and turning them in to children. Hardcastle inherits a racehorse from an old acquaintance and has big plans for it. Unfortunately, they find out horse racing isn't always a safe bet. Turns out there is a high roller in a local race that needs some certain horses to win, and the judge's horse is not one of them. It is never explained why the police don't want her help anymore, and it really bothers us. The serial killer keeps dropping stuff at each murder site which helps them find him eventually.
