This week is all about the women in the trades.  We had a great time talking Katie Bachman about her experience in the trades so far.  She is a wife, mom, and a member of the Local 110 Electrical Union.   Let is know your thoughts or if you have questions for Katie.  We are hoping to get her and her husband on the show in the future.  

This week we are talking about how shitty the state of the construction industry seems to be according to how we are seeing it.  Let us know how you think it's going.

This week we had a great conversation with Doug Luebke the owner and operator of Doug Luebke Remodeling.  Doug brought great insight and knowledge into this conversation about his position and history in the construction industry.  

Jason starts down the rabbit hole ranting about how people drive around commercial vehicles and John has a few special things to say about the type of person that does dumb shit around commercial vehicles.  Don't forget to share your stories with them.

This is the week we have waiting for.  Jason and John take on the Union and Non-Union discussion. It's a touchy subject, but it needed to be talked about.  Let them know what your thoughts are between the two.
