I AM PASTOR DEB

We Want To Hear From YOU! Ephesians 6:10-18.  The Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in th...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Abraham is mentioned several times in the Bible for some of the great things he accomplished, but Romans 4 says that he was saved because of his faith and not because of his works.  Hebrews 11 says that he followed God even though he was not sure where he was going. Abraham is known as a man of faith who faithfully followed the Lord’s leading. God gave Abraham the promise...

We Want To Hear From YOU! For the next few weeks right up to the Christmas season we will be studying the book of Galatians. The book of Galatians is Paul’s letter to the Galatians, to the believers, encouraging them to shift somethings, let somethings go, to exalt their faith over traditions and formalities. Let me give you a little background on the Galatians, they were believers who started the...

We Want To Hear From YOU! I want to talk to you this morning about walking out of your imperfections perfectly.  First and foremost we need to understand that how or what we deem as perfection is quite different from how God deems it. We deem perfection based on “doing”, but God deems perfection based on “being”.  Let me explain, the flaw in our perspective of perfection is we put a heavy emphasis...

We Want To Hear From YOU! First and foremost before we enter into the word of God, please know this message is not a solicitation for me to become your pastor, however, it is a solicitation for everyone to become spiritually covered.  We are living in a time when "church" is being done outside of the traditional parameters we are accustomed to and in all honesty, there is absolutely noth...

We Want To Hear From YOU! In our supersonic postmodern society, known for its busyness and its increasing ability to deliver instantaneously, we find ourselves hurried more than our ancestors ever could have imagined. We have come a long way from the horse-and-buggy days, and because of that, our twenty-four hours a day seem more and more restrictive. We never feel like we have enough time to acco...

We Want To Hear From YOU! The character of an eagle provides some extraordinary life lessons for mankind, lessons that align with the character of God. When we look to enhance our character we should first evaluate what we want our lives to symbolize, what is the mark we want to leave on this, and what are some of the things we will be remembered for. The eagle symbolizes freedom, strength, and po...

We Want To Hear From YOU! The expression antichristos is found in the Bible only in the Johannine Epistles (1 Jn. 2:18, 22; 4:3; 2 Jn. 7), but the idea behind it is widespread. We should probably understand the force of anti as indicating opposition, rather than a false claim, i.e. the antichrist is one who opposes Christ rather than one who claims to be the Christ. If this is so, then we should i...

We Want To Hear From YOU! In the Bible, there are only two animals God uses to describe Himself, a lion and an eagle.  Lions are the baddest thing that prowls the earth and the eagle is the "baddest" thing that flies in the air. Which explains why God uses these two things to describe Himself because he is the absolute control of the heavens and earth. Today’s sermon is part one of a two...

We Want To Hear From YOU! We all stand in the need of prayer. Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. John 15:7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatev...

We Want To Hear From YOU! You all know I am alway stressing the importance of studying the word of God.  The Bible is truly our life manual.  Some consider it antiquated and archaic, but it is so relevant for as modern as we think today’s times are, there is nothing that we do, say, or how we act or react that has not already been played out in the bible. To ignore that simple fact is equivalent t...

We Want To Hear From YOU! This morning the spirit is leading me to address some of the foolishness that is running rampant amongst believers from our pulpits to the parking lots. 2 Timothy 4:3-4  For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions and will turn away from listening to the...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Angels are personal spirit beings created to worship and serve God. We don’t know when angels were created, but Scripture indicates that angels were present when God created the earth, so we do know they existed before mankind. Psalm 148 lists various created things, and everything, including angels, is commanded to praise the Lord: nThe scripture reads “Praise him, all h...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Paranoia is described as a condition that is derived from the lack of knowledge of truth or one’s resistance to the truth. The symptoms of paranoia are distrust, difficulty with forgiveness, defensive attitude, imagined criticism, preoccupation with hidden motives, fear of being deceived, inability to relax, argumentation. delusions of persecution, unwarranted jealousy, a...

We Want To Hear From YOU! I am answering a question recently submitted.  Can a believer become demon-possessed? Biblical scripture makes it abundantly clear that Christians cannot be demon-possessed.  Now there is a distinct difference between being possessed by a demon and being oppressed or influenced by a demon.  The core of our salvation is rooted in Romans 10:9 “if you confess with your mouth...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Parents, you ever look at the behavior of your children and don’t recognize the child you raise.  Or has any of you thought you knew someone only to question, is this the person I thought I knew? I can only imagine God feeling the same way when he looks at us sometimes.  Is this who I created, is this the one who says they know me? We live in a culture that makes it extre...

We Want To Hear From YOU! God said:   “Before I shaped you in the womb,     I knew all about you. Before you saw the light of day,     I had holy plans for you: A prophet to the nations—     that’s what I had in mind for you.” But I said, “Hold it, Master God! Look at me.     I don’t know anything. I’m only a boy!” God told me, “Don’t say, ‘I’m only a boy.’     I’ll tell you where to go and you’ll...
