I AM PASTOR DEB

We Want To Hear From YOU! There was a boy who found a butterfly cocoon. Each day the boy went to visit the cocoon. One day a small opening appeared in the cocoon. The boy watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force its body through the little hole. Suddenly the butterfly stopped trying to make its way out of the cocoon. It didn’t seem to be making any progress.  The butterfly was no l...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Why Satan wants our soul? It really does not require a deep explanation, it’s really simple.  Our soul is our absolute connection to God, the one thing Satan detests.  See if we keep our souls in proper perspective with God, we will turn from him. And not only will we turn from him we will be committed in the spreading, teaching and exaltation of the Gospel,  so you see h...

We Want To Hear From YOU! The thing we pray for the least is what we need the most…..and that is peace. As valuable as peace is, it is not surprising to find that it is sometimes counterfeited. Empty promises of peace can be used to manipulate others. Deceitful men speak words of peace while secretly planning evil.  In Daniel 9 the Bible forewarns us that when the  Antichrist comes it will confirm...

We Want To Hear From YOU! I just want to remind you this morning that just as the resurrection of Christ is real so is the redemptive power of God.  The only people who never mess up are those who sit idle and never do anything, the ones who put no effort into the pursuing the purposes of God.   We are going to stumble, we are going to fall, we are going to sin and yes sometimes just like the boy...

We Want To Hear From YOU! We keep repeating the wrongs of our history, because study it and allow ourselves to be consumed by emotions, instead of instruction, anger instead of elevation, division instead of a plan rooted in purpose. Whatever is  your cultural background, you should know and be proud of your heritage, bask in the knowledge of the history tied to your heritage.  But we must never f...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Proverbs 13:22 “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the sinner's wealth is laid up for the righteous”. And when God manifested himself in flesh and walked the earth as Jesus The Christ when he laid down his life, he left an inheritance for us. As I read some of the most peculiar wills ever written, one thing was consistent: they all...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Perseverance is godly and should be a principle in a believer’s life.  Perseverance doesn’t need public approval and could care less about being politically correct. Perseverance ia  rooted in Matthew 17:20 which will make those who refuse to say “mountain get out of my way” knowing that nothing is impossible for them to believe. Perseverance will look to Rom 8:31 and rem...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Ecc 10:9 reads, “wine makes the heart merry but money answereth all things”.  Now don’t get excited, that scriptures does not mean even close to what many think it does.   King Solomon who is the author of the book of Ecclesiastes was on his deathbed making confessions of his wrongs and in this passage he confesses to having a flawed mindset and in the very next verse he...

We Want To Hear From YOU! You know so many of us live our lives not wanting to be criticized and even get angry when we are criticized, not realizing that critics are sometimes used by God for two things:  one to confirm that we are walking out our divine purpose and two to sharpen us for greater. The very word, “criticism” gets a bad rap as it is always associated with a negative perspective.  Wh...

We Want To Hear From YOU! The Bible contains a great deal of information about the natural world that has been confirmed by scientific observations and research. As the Bible’s story of God’s redemptive plan for humanity unfolds, many different characters are vividly described. In those descriptions, the Bible provides a great deal of information about human behavior and tendencies. Our own day-to...

We Want To Hear From YOU! I have heard people say that God is punishing them for their sins and bad decisions. Nothing could be further from the truth.  Most of the turmoil and hardships we endure is us living through the consequences derived from our actions, reactions, and decisions. We understand the laws of gravity very well.  We know if we throw a ball up in the air that ball is going to come...

We Want To Hear From YOU! IMAGINE how much less turmoil you would have had in your life if you had vetted every decision you’ve made according to the Word of God.  IMAGINE establishing plans based on the wisdom outlined in the scriptures regarding love, relationships, finance, friendships, worship and intimate time with God.  IMAGINE if you lived every moment of every day conscientious of God’s pr...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Notice Jesus didn’t say, we should strive to be the salt of the earth.  He emphatically said that we are the salt of the earth.  If we know nothing else about salt, we know that it brings out the flavor.  If we were to pull up to McDonald’s and there were two lines, one for those that want salt on their fries and the other who want fries without salt.  I can assure you th...

We Want To Hear From YOU! We were all created with a divine purpose and you were not created for you.  It is our obligation to fulfill our ordained purpose.  Don’t be deceived into thinking that purpose can be solidified by bank balances, remember we were created by the King of Kings, Lord of Lord the very one who created the gold and jewels, so our monetary achievements mean nothing in the Kingdo...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Today marks the one year anniversary of the insurrection on our nation's capital. There are those who shamefully believe that separation between church and state means the church should stay out of government business, when in actuality the law was put in place to keep the government out of church affairs. And today I am going to say what a lot of our renown church l...

We Want To Hear From YOU! The traditional first sermon of the new year is typically more upbeat, fixed on moving forward, preparing for blessing, and reaping a harvest and everyone gets excited and posts, reposts and shares.  But the truth is there is no moving forward,  there are no true blessings and there is no harvest to reap, if you repeatedly turn from God’s ordained purpose for His creating...

We Want To Hear From YOU! Good morning, thank you for tuning in this morning. As we look around we see the beautiful decorations on television as they  broadcast the over the top breath-taking Christmas decorations from around the globe.  This morning I was to say to you as we hang and exchange decorations, yes I said exchange decorations, see I don’t want to label them as gifts or even presents t...
