Hello,  firstly, happy birthday to me, a lonely woman with so many friends.  I watched 2 week notice, From Up on Poppy Hill, and Rupaul's Drag race and I have a lot of opinions.  I cover Cardiff's biggest and only interesting Arts Sector news and event.  I have more tree chat.... so... enjoy that...

Hi, I don't know why I felt another episode was warranted but here we are...

This week Sam goes back into her bedroom changes the head on her toothbrush, books a gig, and I'm sure there's another thing that's equally as uninteresting, again, it's winter... oh! she talks about her teenage eating disorder and lack of self esteem! which is wild! and her goal to be thin for her family weddings this year! what an adventure. 

Welcome to a Joyless Episode, I have done nothing this week and there is nothing worth noting... I literally talk about going to IKEA this week... that's how dull this week has been... Please check back in 6 months time where I will have literally taken over the world... 

This week Sam makes a very dated reference to the television show the politician.  Also, she goes to a gig, a Creative mornings event, gets sick, does a concert, sleeps in her guest bedroom while recovering from flu, books two gigs, orders Chinese food and gives you a refreshed view of Joni Mitchell's 'Blue' through the eyes of a jaded obnixious child. 

It's January... If you expected me to have anything interesting to say then you're in the wrong month.  This week Sam talks about her new vacuum cleaner... yup... wow. And also bakes a lot of bread and does basically nothing. I mean... at least it's  a short episode. 

This week Sam does an MOT, plays at a wedding, sings Jerusalem and goes to a wedding fayre.  Don't @ Me.  Also, thinking about getting the band back together one more time.

This Week Sam takes the week off and antics ensure!  A weighted Blanket, a mountain of horse manure and some dark thoughts on friendship!  All in this week's extravangza! 

This week Sam is joined once again by podcast fave Crash Wigley to talk about CATS the movie! OH BOY! OH WOW!  Happy new Year Huns!
