This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . When we reflect on fourteen billion years of cosmic evolution, we can see the way convergence is one of the most fundamental dynamics. In fact, the deepest meaning of the universe can be pointed at with a three word sentence: Convergence ignites novelty. By considering an example from the early universe, we can see how the power of c...

This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . In today’s video, we examine cerebralization, the process by which Earth is becoming ever more mind-like, during the modern era of humanity through the construction and launch of the James Webb Space Telescope. Our day to day lives are immersed within this powerful process of cerebralization, as well as other dynamics that have led t...

This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . The planetary mind is on the verge of creating new human forms. Hereditary traditions that have, over many millennia, given birth to hundreds of diverse human forms, are now entering the process of creative dialogue with one another. It is in the synergies generated by deepening relations among all human communities that new and vibr...

This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . The greatest discovery in all of modern science came in the 20th Century. We now know we live not in a fixed cosmos, but in a cosmogenesis -- a universe in the midst of its development. This discovery leads to a profound transformation of human consciousness. We move from our former conviction that the universe is static and unchangi...

This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . A hundred thousand year experiment, carried out by the Earth Community,  makes clear that major stages of humanity's development were set from our origin. The  experiment took place when Homo sapiens began to flow north out of Africa. Some veered to the west and populated Europe. Others turned right and crossed over into the Ame...

This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . The universe created stars. galaxies, and life, and that same creative energy is at work in humans. In this film we investigate how early modern humans discovered a way to enhance the creativity flowing through them. Through the invention of readily accessible paper, modern humans were able to capture novel creative potencies, fixing...

This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere . The special nature of human consciousness is bringing forth a planet that is ever more mind-like. We call this the process of cerebralization.  Is this work coming from the universe?  Or are we on our own here? Are we just a meaningless speck in the midst of a trillion galaxies? Or are we here to construct a planetary mind? Similar q...
