Are you the god of your own life? Are you responsible for where you will end up? Have you made plans for where you will be? John tells us that according to Scripture, acting in this way could actually be evil, and that the road to a fulfilled life is in surrender to our good God. Take the pressure off yourself and do life with him .

"Mercy triumphs over judgement". John challenges us not to let looks enable us to discriminate how we deal with people, but to love and accept all people, and to use each opportunity to learn from people we might otherwise misjudge.
