I go through another birthday and some traumatic times which leads me back to another mid-life crisis.

How do we decide what is worth spending money on? Why does everyone seem richer than me? I explore what it means to be grateful for what you have and not to look around and compare. Comparison is the thief of Joy or something like that (pun not intended). Also, I literally go through a whole day off with me.😂

So my neurologist just casually asked if I plan to have kids, because he forgot to say I have to be off my medications for at least-6 months. I’ve been on o medication for over a year now…🙂‍↕️. Thanks for helping me solidify my decision to not have kids as I don’t want my migraines back😡

I find out I have an UTI in the weirdest way possible…and that there a covid outbreak on my ward🥲… I highly recommend listening to the interview that Life Uncut podcast did with Brits neurologist! I am glad its not just me who worries if I can have kids when I have such severe migraines 🥲.

My first time renting out was an interesting one.. started off good and then ended terribly. But finely they moved out last week and now I can finally talk about it freely at home. 🏠

I went to watch Beauty and the Beast Disney musical yesterday night! It was magical, but not as moving as I would have liked 🤔.

Have you ever experienced cat mum guilt? Post cat adoption depression? Well, I experienced my first ever black out at my new home and it was super scary and isolating 😭. I will never I hope take advantage of having hot water and lights again😭. It’s my first time using the spotify software and I cant add in my intro and outro music😅.

I finally ticked another item on my list to do this year 💕! I adopted a kitten and I have named him Mouse 🐭!😂. I will call him Nezumi which means mouse in Japanese 😂… So many things to think about when looking after a kitty 🐈‍⬛. I also have an interview this this Thursday 🙏 wish me luck!

Anyone else going through a one third life crisis? 😅.. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying a Japanese Drama on Netflix called “Turn to me Mukai-Kun” - still don’t understand the meaning of the title, but highly recommend! So many powerful and thought provoking comments on society, relationships, and life in general.

I just got back from visiting my hometown Adelaide and I’ve noticed so many things that I think are unique in my hometown.

A hectic week of deaths, witnessing a certification of death, and seeing the dead come alive.

I’ve finally reset my password and have access to podcasting! I have so much to say and not enough time😭. I need to update you on how I lost my phone in China :(, got gastro in Japan, and then had to run to all the emergency metcalls at work 😱. Please look forward to weekly episodes from now 💕.

Sooo many things have happened since I was sick 😷.. I got a house mate, I got a permanent position at my job, anddd I realised I have not started packing for my overseas trip 😱..

I have been sick as a dog these last few days.. so apologies for my slightly more nasally and American (?) sounding voice 😂… I am finally renting out my place to someone else and I am not looking forward to sharing my space 🥲.. but alas I need the money. I also update you on my crazy neighbours and all the money I spent on cameras to catch them doing illegal stuffs…

Basically I tell you about the struggle of my week.. dealing with lack of sleep, pimples, weight gain, and my crazy neighbours are back again and stealing my water! Thinking about burnout again and realising I have less tolerance for toxic people and behaviours.

It’s been a tough week 😭😭… So many decisions to make… and not enough sleep doesn’t help… Also, I gave up on recycling my 10 cent bottles…

Should we take advantage of the “fresh start” we call a NEW year? Do you have New Year resolutions? Whether to get healthy, eat healthier, or to work out more.. we all try our best at the start and then maybe it goes down hill from there 🤪.
