Because God is who He says He is — He is transcendent and above yet He is also among us — we can know that His word and promises are true. With that, there is an invitation for us to lay down our sense of control, our restlessness, and our identities not rooted in Him and receive His rest.

Like the show Love it or List it, there are things we need to love and incorporate into our lives and there are things we need to list and separate ourselves from. There is nothing better than to get rid of deception and false teaching and to walk in truth, obedience, love for the body of Christ, and real relationships.

The alarm is sounding, and it’s time to wake up. It’s time to wake up to truly knowing God and living your purpose.

When you have given your life to Christ, your identity is rooted in Him and you are no longer swayed by the evil one. Let your life be anchored in the things you do know and it will help you make it through the things you don’t know.

Every one of us wants to be a person that prays more. We want to see answers and we want to be confident in our prayers. While most of us pray for our own problems, we need to be sure to pray for our character, our relationship with the Lord, and our continued surrender to Him. And along with that, we need to be praying for our leaders and those we love.

Is there a cloud of dust that is keeping you from being all in? Put your trust and faith in Jesus Christ and know that you have eternal life.

God’s commandments are not burdensome, but life definitely can be. Be confident in who He is and allow faith and the power of the Holy Spirit to fill you, so that you can live victoriously and overcome.

Did you know that fear no longer has to have a hold on your life? Through the love of God filling the reservoir of your heart, fear of the future, the present, and the past are driven out. And from that place of freedom, we can love others well.

There is no greater love than God’s love for us. Like rain, let His love fill your heart and flow like rivers to each and every relationship in your life and by so doing, shine with Him.

Do you know the love of God? Or are you just living in your insecurities? Trust the depth of His eternal love for you. You’ll find that God loves you more than you could ever imagine, and from that security, you can truly love someone else.

You want to make the right call in life — with who Jesus is, how you raise your kids, and how you trust God in your life. Choose to learn God’s word and let that be your guide and anchor.

Through a relationship in Jesus Christ, we can walk in confidence, not condemnation. And out of that relationship, we pray and obey. We choose to love others. Does your life reflect your relationship with God?

The cross is our model and our resource. It’s the greatest love that we’ll ever experience. When you know Jesus Christ and are living from His love, you can organically and organizationally lean forward to meet the needs of others because love that takes action is authentic.

There are many mountaintop moments in scripture, but no message should be higher on our list of priorities than sharing the gospel with others and discipleship. This is Jesus' mandate, to change the world with His word and bring others to Him.

God uses the roses and thorns of our life, and we can choose to be thankful and learn from both. Thankfulness is the outflow of careful cultivation, and that through the true source of gratitude — Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit lives inside of you. Let Him guide you and lead you to walk in all truth. It’s not always easy, but it is worth it. And as you begin to walk on that solid foundation, you become a person of light, love, and truth, and you live out the purpose He has for your life.

We are living in the end times. There is a Christ and there is an antichrist, and we look at Bible prophecy not to build a calendar but to build character. The more we know about Christ returning and what is taking place, the more our character grows.

In 1 John, we’re called to be careful to live for the things that last, and to not let ourselves be pushed and pulled by materialism and pride. Whether you live in a palace or in poverty, live for a legacy in Christ. It is better to be in the heart of God’s will than to be in the heart of the world’s will.
