Dave has been busy researching the darker side of country songs during the early years of country music.  Some of the most popular songs recorded were about tragedy and death.  Let's go back in time and all be reminded of some of those sad country songs.

Dolly Parton is an American icon.  She is one of the worlds most loved people and both Dave and Randy have both met and worked with Dolly in their careers, having crossed paths several times.  In this episode we talk some about Dolly's beginnings here in our neck of the woods, the Great Smoky Mountains.
