Matthew 16:13-21 This week, Pastor Sid brings us God's Word for us from the Gospel of Matthew. Just as he asked his disciples, Jesus asks us: "who do you say I am?" In the face of so many idols pulling for our attention, we confess that only Jesus is Lord, not Jesus plus something else.

Matthew 11:25-30 For this week, Pastor Jonathan brings us good news about putting on the yoke of Jesus our Lord and Saviour. Jesus invites us to a life of blessing, a life of putting on his yoke, not anyone else's. It is only by his grace and loving guidance that we can find true rest and comfort, which is why we can say amen when Jesus invites us to put on his yoke.

Luke 12:49-56 This week, Pastor Sid brings us God's Word on being fully devoted to Jesus. There are popular misconceptions that Jesus was too cruel and harsh. But our God is a just and loving God. He hates evil and sin and so brings division against such things. Our calling then is to love God fully. Loving God is what enables us to love others.

Luke 10:1-21 This week Pastor Sid brings us the Word from Luke's gospel on what it means to be sent out for mission. The point of mission is not about what we need or what we can do, but on who we need to rely on as we are sent. Even through hardship and suffering, God is with us and his will of salvation and redemption will be done through his people no matter what.

Luke 9:57-62 This week, Pastor Dave witnesses to the difficult calling that we as Christians, as disciples of Christ are called with. The cost of discipleship is Christ-centred above anything else, which stands against our western idol of self-sufficiency and self-comfort. The gospel of Luke calls us to devote ourselves to Christ alone. Are we willing to be real disciples?

John 6 In this week's sermon, Dr. Michael Goheen brings us the good news of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, clothed in the Word and the Sacrament of communion. Dr. Goheen guides us into the significance and meaning behind the sacrament of sharing a meal with Christ.
