Luke 18:9 This week, Pastor Dave begins our sermon series called From Vice to Virtue in which we will cover the Seven Deadly Sins and their corresponding virtues. In this message, Pastor Dave preaches about the sin of pride and the virtue of humility, using the Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector from the Gospel of Luke.

Luke 24:13-35 This week, in-house guest preacher Dr. Ed Gerber, brings us God's Word. From Luke 24, we can see how Jesus is present, but hidden all around us. He is with us in our suffering and brokenness and the encouragement and call is to see Jesus in ourselves and others, to show love and witness to His goodness for all those around us.

Matthew 28:16-20 This week, Pastor Jonathan continues our sermon series City on a Hill. It was especially fitting this week that as two young adults professed their faith to Christ, we hear the good news of our calling to be disciples of Jesus. Being a disciple, an apprentice/student of Jesus is to give our whole selves to him, knowing and believing that he will bear good fruit when we do so.

Philippians 1:28-2:4 This week, Pastor Dave continues our series on being a City on a Hill. Part of reflecting the love and goodness of God for the city and the world is to come together in unity with one another. We will always have differences and conflict even within the church. But Paul encourages the church to hold one another in unity and love.

As crazy as it may seem, God chose to come to us, take on humanity in its fullness and take the weight of sin on His own shoulders. That is good news for us all, because no matter how daunting the darkness may seem, Jesus has come to bring us the light of life.
