Refocus your faith from getting what you "need" from Christ to giving Him thanks for what He has done! The majority of us cannot hear anything but ourselves and we cannot hear anything God says. Gratitude brings you to a place where you can hear the call of God and be profoundly changed.

It seems like we are glued to our television, phones, media devices every day to follow the death, destruction and tragedies that hit our world. One of the greatest tragedies any Christian can make is to think he or she can drift along in life by giving little to no effort to growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
