It's been a long time, but I'm back. A little older. A little less wise, but still hanging on. I had an awesome birthday and I want to tell you about it. From a rad game session, to hanging with a rad friend, to finding out my past self. It was truly epic. I also have calls from all sorts of folk; we got Barney, Barry, Jason, Joe, Jogn, and Karl. Now that's a banger of a line up if ever there was...

With a little help from my friends; Jason, Karl, and Colin I cover all sorts of topics in this episode. I go into some specifics about what I've learned about Roll20, how Pathfinder's negative levels work, puzzles, and a lot more. This one's got a little something for everyone! 

Jason was kind enough to remind us all that today (at time of recording) is National Puzzle Day in the States, and I freakin' love puzzles! I also have some calls from Menion and Jason. How's my prep going for Wrath of the Righteous? Tune in and find out!

I played so many games this week! I played Talisman, OSRIC, Pathfinder 1E, and used one of Mr. Henchmen's amazing Hex Flowers for the first time!

I love drinking at airport bars, but when the airport bar has the best beer, Rainier, on tap it's a whole different ball game. Most of this episode was recorded at the airport bar between drinks. We got a session recap, calls from folks we haven't heard from in a long time, and a brand new caller to the show! It's a banger! 

I asked for your thoughts on a couple of issues that have come up around my Curse of the Crimson Throne game and Anchor came through with gusto!!! Jason, Menion, and Spencer all come through with super solid advice. This one is a can't miss for sure!

Let's discuss my observation that, based partially on the messages from episode 254, there appears to be a single way to play the oldest versions of D&D in order to play them successfully.

I played in three, count 'em, THREE whole games this week! I played Pathfinder 1E(still feels weird to have to write the 1E), Dungeon Crawl Classics, and Beyond the Wall and I want to talk about those sessions. I even throw in a new segment of Butterfly Unboxing, for your listening pleasure.
