During our Candlelight Christmas Eve service, men in our congregation gave Christmas devotionals to our children and families.

What does it really mean to catch a glimpse of Jesus at Christmas? What do the wise men have to teach us about honoring Jesus? This and more are our topics as we look back on the Christmas event together.

What does it mean to "work out your salvation with fear and trembling"? Listen as Pastor David Ashworth teaches on Philippians 2:12-18. To "work out your salvation" is not about people being saved but it is instructions on how saved people live out their salvation.

How far has the church traveled from Jesus' original intentions for His people? Maybe we are at a time to re-evaluate where we are as the modern church.

Listen as we finish up chapter 1 of Philippians. A few questions we should ask ourselves: Is your love for Jesus growing? Does obedience mark your actions in life? Do you love His Church? We will not only rise or fall as individuals. We will also rise or fall as the Church.

If your Christianity was on trial, would you be found guilty of being a Christian? As we continue in the letter from Paul to the Philippians, let's learn what Paul means when he says "to live Christ, to die gain."

Are we living our Christian lives in such a way that we can guard ourselves, our family, our friends, even the lost, from false prophets and fake gospels? Listen, as Pastor David take us through Amos chapter 9, teaching us how the people of Israel worshiped fake gods for their own purpose. Have we as Christians set apart our faith from the world and human opinions?

What kind of fruit is your life producing? In looking at Amos 8, the realization is that our life produces something intentionally or unintentionally and God will bring everyone to account for what they produce. Listen to the warning of Amos for all of us.

What are the aspects of our faith that we are well aware of, yet have not taken seriously? Listen to Pastor David Ashworth as he continues to teach through the book of Amos about our own blind spots in our lives. We should ask ourselves daily: Does Jesus truly have my heart and life?

Today Ben and Bruce teach us on two parables of Jesus: Parable of the Sower and Parable of the Wise and Foolish Builders. These are two great parables that teach a firm foundation of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Which soil does your faith grown in? Do you have a firm foundation in Christ during trials and tribulation? Those who have ears, let them hear.

Examine your hearts. Do you seek true religion that is pure and undefiled before God? Are you holding your post? Are you unstained from the world? Join is in part 2 of Amos chapter 5.

Amos continues with a lament towards the people of God, for not listening to God's warning. He laments the loss of life and land because people satisfied with their own religion would not listen to God.

Prepare to Meet Your God Is the Christianity you live out today the Christianity God wants? Pastor David Ashworth dives deep unto Amos Chapter 4, teaching how to be Biblical men and women, to not just appear to be faithful but to be faithful. Do we have a fruitless faith? This is something we should question daily.

Are Christians being the light God has called us to be? In Amos, chapter 3, Amos challenges the faithfulness of Israel which had fallen so far that they no longer knew what was right. The reminder for believers is that there is a calling from our salvation and God's truth to understand and live out!

Judgment is the backdrop of the New Testament and the believer's reality is that the Gospel is our only hope in the face of it.
