There is an investigation into the sale of expired formula in Dunnes Stores after a complaint that a baby fell ill it is now under investigation by the HSE and the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.  Ciara got the details from Eimer McAuley, News Reporter with The Journal who broke this story.
